If it was coming from someones butt (a good theory) I would think there would still be footprints or signs of dragging because the blood wouldn't just fall straight down, it would run down the legs of the individual (Milo I'm guessing) UNLESS he is naked and walking bowlegged.  Why do I specify naked?  (Well naked from the waist down at least.)  Because clothing such as pants or underwear would act as a means to redirect the blood flow on a horizontal plane leading to footprints as I already mentioned.  I suppose he could be wearing a kilt.  Hmm.

Where's Law & Order: SVU when you need them!?

On a sort of serious note:  What would women do in their time of the month, during a Zombie Apocalypse?  In case of the civilians at ARC, is there a special place where they can go and grab a tampon or a pad (if feminine hygiene products are scarce)?  Or do they go back to doing what women have been doing before the invention of such products:  plug themselves with a rag or let it flow do-oh God I threw up in my mouth.

This is my reaction.

Milo and the gang want to Charlie to join their Justin Beiber fan club.  Since Charlie lost his memories of his human life, he has no idea who this Justin Beiber person is.  So they play one of his songs, which triggers Charlie's Berserker mode and he kills Milo. 

You should see what happens when he listens to Lady Gaga.
