I just bead Walking Dead Season 2 as well. The ending may not have been as good as Season 1 but it still had me almost in tears. I've also been replaying Skyrim and LA Noire. I was replaying Fallout: New Vegas but my disc is apparently screwed up :-(
I started reading The Dresden Files last week and am on book 5 already! This series is so amazing and it really makes me want to play a World of Darkness campaign but alas the only thing my friends who still live here will GM is Pathfinder.
PP: First a little backstory. When I moved back to Virginia after I broke up with my girlfriend in North Carolina I was going to move in with my mom but two of my friends offered to let me stay with them as long as I did chores and kept the house clean and such while I looked for a job. So I moved in with them in July and all was swell for a couple of moths. But as many of you know the job market is shit and the fact that my only experience is in fast food as a cook and the fact that I have a shoplifting charge on my record due to my ex wife's kleptomania do not help the matter at all. So I was unable to find a job and my friend's brother who also lives here threw a hissy fit and turned off the wifi. That was solved when he finally told me that I could just pay him $20 for the internet and pay 1/4th of the electric bill and he would stop being a dick. I get like $240 a month donating plasma so I agreed. Things were fine for another couple of months. Then they took a blood sample at the plasma center and my total protein came back low so I was unable to donate for two weeks meaning I didn't have my share of the utility money. So my friend flips shit calling me names and telling me that I am not allowed to use the electricity until I pay them back and that now I have to pay a share of the rent as well. So she expects me to pay 1/4th of the rent, 1/4th of the utilities, 1/4th of the internet, and clean up all their shit that they are too lazy to clean and sleep in a glorified closet that they use as the kid's room during the week and sleep on a tiny love seat on the weekends when the kids are here. So I told them that I will pay them what I owe them and then I am getting out and moving in with someone else because I do not need this drama.
Also is it just me or are the payouts for missions massively nerfed with the new 1.04 patch? Not to mention that they made the survival missions MUCH harder by making rooftops out of bounds and removing a lot of the cover that used to exist. At this rate the next patch will remove all cash pay outs from the game and automatically charge you for cash packs each time you log in. If Rockstar wants to punish glitch exploiters and such I'm fine with that, but stop making my life fucking harder because I'm playing legit.
Yeah they cut all mission payouts in half. And I didn't know about the survival thing. Me and my crew did Survival right after the patch and got the achievement. We did the scrapyard and hid in all of the red bins.
I've been playing GTA Online nearly non-stop. I just hit level 71 last night with my second in command of my crew right on my heels. THe missions are insanely fun once you get up to that level and none of them seem to pay less than 14K. They've removed the replay feature but you can still replay missions if you call the person who gives you the mission until you get a good one.
Also to add a small note to what TLO said about robbing stores, if you wear a mask when you rob a store then as soon as you are out of sight of the cops open your inventory and take it off because this instantly drops one star. Actually this works with sunglasses too.
End of Evangelion is a horrible place to start watching the series. Of course you're going to be confused when it is the movie that wrapped up the original series. Especially with a show as weird as Eva.
EDIT: Is it just me or do you die way fucking faster than in GTA IV? I'm trying to steal a fighter jet, but I die in mere seconds, the heaviest armor doesn't even help much.
I ended up parachuting into the hanger and stealing the jet. A head on attack never worked because the tanks always blew me up. So your best bet is to parachute into the hanger or fly a helicopter in there and steal it. It took me forever but that's how I finally managed it.
EDIT: I don't fucking get the point of vehicle upgrades. You can only store a single vehicle at a time, and chances are you'll just blow it up 10 minutes later and all the money you spent will just be pissed away.
If you upgrade the characters' personal vehicles they retain the upgrades even if you blow them up because they always come back. Except for Trevor's truck for some reason. But that may just be a glitch in my game.
