Wrapped up The Walking Dead in another late night to early morning session and it was well worth the lack of sleep. Episode 5 alone was worth the price of admission for the emotional hurricane that it was.

Picking up the most recent volume of Fables from the library. The one before it, Cubs in Toyland, was one hell of a trip.

Glad I could help.  So far Season two is at Episode 2 and I'm not feeling the same "hooks in deep, I have to see what happens next" that I did in Season 1 at this point.  Hopefully it tightens up again later.  Wolf among us on the other hand is fantastic.

That's a shame about Season 2. Up to episode 4 and it looks like another long night where I go to bed at 6:30 AM after The Walking Dead. Didn't even feel tired when playing it throughout the night, only when I took my attention off it.
So emotionally invested and many times I felt the tears brimming in my eyes. It's just amazing and it would be tough to follow up on something of this calibur.

After this, definitely going for Sam & Max, stopped a bit after playing a bit of 301 but it's on my To-Do list now. That and Wallace & Gromit, loved the old shorts.

The Walking Dead Season 1

Wrapped up Episode 2: Starved for Help and this should have been one of the first games I installed on my new laptop. Only got around to it now and this was damn worth the Humble Bundle.
TLO's review of it on Steam helped out some.

PP: Got this Micro exam Tuesday, my friend who took it last year who is also one of the smartest kids in his year said that he barely had enough time to finish it in it's 3 hour death march.
PP2: 3 hours isn't enough for a final in a class where the average without adjustment was a 55.
PP3: Sad to say, that was on par with MTH 189's first midterm, if not better.

AP: Finally upgraded my computer to a new laptop! Still using the old one for old games and a few Steam games that are also old but loading up the new laptop with Steam games for after Exams.
And got Torchlight and Paradise to work for it without the discs, bonus!

Leafs losing to the Jets 4-2, pretty much ending the chance of the Leafs reclaiming a playoff spot and making it another full season where we burn out in the end.

And you know what? The Raptors made the playoffs. The Raptors. In the playoffs.

Elven Brawler again, got into a fist fight with the boss of the zone on the other side of Trollmere, after I punched a troll to death. That other boss was a giant bear.
Brawlers are so awesome.

It's just awful, word is that the Oculus will be rebranded, and Zuckerberg is already talking about integrating facebooks shitty interface into it, with advertisements. Oculus is as good as dead as far as I'm concerned, I hope that Sony's Morpheus VR headset turns out good, because there's no way I'm going to buy something with Facebooks cancer attached to it.

I thought of an analogy to go along with this but I knew that it was so utterly wrong.

Instead, it's like the White Man and the Native Americans, because I was listening to "Bury My Heart At Wounded Knee", a book that retells how the white man screwed over the Native American time and time again by being a bunch of rat bastards (No offense, even though I'm white too). They sold the Oculus and got paid but the payer just completely and utterly fucks with it until it's a mockery of what it once represented.

Sucks balls for those who paid the Kickstarter for it.

Tales of Maj'Eyal

Sold off most of my dragon hoard of gems while keeping the good Class 4/5 for enchants and more alchemist gems and now I have enough to buy a fourth pimped out item from the Rich Merchant in Last Hope. 16,000 on jacked up gear and overall, it was completely worth it. Some of the stats I don't care about but one boosts all the elements used for Alchemist Bombs + Infusions, some real gnarly resistances, more saves and it's just awesome. Absolutely love that part, where you tell him to make some mad gear and it rolls to see how fly it'll be.

And Alchemist, all about that cash money.

Don't know what to get now: Belt is pretty sweet; already got Hat/Cloak/Cloth; Boots would most likely be for rogues so it'll be more of a gamble; gauntlets already give me +14% Spell crits and no way am I trading those in; rings are questionable (And the ones I have provide some nice status resistances) and so is amulet (Don't know about this one) and lite/totem are out of the question. Might try for some boots.

Edit: Started up a Female, Elvish (Thalloren? That one that gets +12% Damage/Resistance for five turns as a Class Talent and the pimp passives) Brawler and face punched my way through a few zones until I met an Adventuring party I thought I could take.
Never fight those parties when you're a Brawler. You can't punch faces fast or hard enough in those situations. For most others, I did: crystal dragons, wolves, bees, bee trees, bears, mages, skeleton mages, even in the arena I was punching punk ass fools in halves in a matter of turns. Pretty awesome.

Although I had more Generic Talent points than I could spend on worthwhile crap. Still, solid class choice and those pimped out gloves you can get late-game from that merchant must be seriously ball-bustingly awesome.

That is so wrong that it's hilarious. After a flat what, chuckles. Constant chuckles.

AP: Classes where you can make textbook buying optional. For this year, Fall 2013/Winter 2014, I bought 1 textbook that I know of.
