Happy Birthday MLE!

Here's hoping that you get plenty of presents to satisfy your greed!
And that you read your sister's copy of DMZ right now.
5027  General Discussion / General Discussion / Re: Words on paper in this technological world, reading anything? on: March 03, 2010, 09:28:15 pm
Perhaps you can loan me a copy of volume two?
Otherwise I would have to walk a few blocks to read a copy at Indigo on my spare.

That was one cheesy video, And it makes me want to read the book.

With all the dialogue, it can be a blessing at times.
Definitely love the music, wish I had it on my MP3.

Bwahaha I found Rebelstar Tactical Command at Gamestop for 5 bucks, picked it up.

Basically its lite x-com with bases and world remove. But whats great is that you can still salvage equipment from enemies and your guys level up and its pretty cool.

I have the same game! Haven't played it in a while but got pretty far if I remember. The red-haired sniper is my favorite; an absolute God. If the R and L triggers aren't essential to it, I might give it another go.

Good times...

I started Hotel Dusk: Room 215 on the DS again. I had forgotten how irritated I got when I couldn't skip the intro movie thing.

I guess starting it at 335 wasn't the smartest choice.

Once again, you show how amazing you are.
I don't mind the intro, but can't you get past it by tapping the screen?
Think I'm on chapter 6, or the part that's 9:00 PM - 10:00 PM. And finally got the vending machine part down.

I now know that I can't do simple addition or subtraction.

And starting it anytime is the right time. The jazz helps out quite a bit.

PP: Decisions. Do I get New Super Mario Bros Wii, do I get Heavy Rain, or do I pre order FFXIII?

PP: Not being rich. The last two games I bought were with a gift card and some pocket money.
A pity one of those didn't work due to:

PP2: Out-dated graphics card. Really hate this one...

And now ninja'd by a reference to Twilight... Such evil among us...
5031  General Discussion / General Discussion / Re: The Anti-Peeve rides again! on: February 28, 2010, 06:31:27 pm
AP: What was already mentioned about Canada.

And I got ninja'd by a comment about Nickleback.
Nothing wrong about that, as I have never listened to them before.

J.R. Paper Stacks is still waiting for those other RP's you haven't finished.
But there is all the time in the world to wait... For we will be rewarded with plenty of RP's; more than you can keep track of.

Mainly Magical Starsign, Hotel Dusk (Stuck right after chapter four... Again...), Galactic Civilizations II: Dread Lords (Addicting as crack) and Final Fantasy IV Advance.

The R-Trigger is dead, which limits my choice in games even more.
5034  General Discussion / General Discussion / Re: The Anti-Peeve rides again! on: February 26, 2010, 10:23:22 am
AP: Still only supply teachers for my first period Financial Securities. And have a spare second so I get half of the day off.
I should go back once in a while though... Even though we are only getting textbook work inclass (As if anybody brings their textbooks).

DMZ Vol. 1 - Off the Ground.
The back says the next Fables/Y: The Last Man, and I have to agree.
Simply amazing.
5036  General Discussion / General Discussion / Re: The Anti-Peeve rides again! on: February 26, 2010, 06:59:18 am
AP: Had the best night of sleep I ever had.
5037  General Discussion / General Discussion / Re: The Anti-Peeve rides again! on: February 18, 2010, 07:23:35 am
AP: Still no semi-permanent teacher for my first period class, and I have a spare after that class.
5038  General Discussion / General Discussion / Re: The Anti-Peeve rides again! on: February 15, 2010, 04:00:52 pm
Definitely agree with the AP/PP. Even after all this time, still can't believe Monster is over.
5039  General Discussion / Game Discussion / Re: What are you playing? Episode 2: Sequel Reloaded! on: February 15, 2010, 03:59:23 pm
Finished a game of GalCiv II on a Gigantic map, won with a Influence Victory and well over 100 planets under my control.
Could have won by Conquest easily and Technological victory would have been easy to get to, if time-consuming.

Getting some TWEWY time in, leveling some pins and getting plenty of Shadow Matter.
5040  General Discussion / General Discussion / Re: What did we learn today? (Apart from that australian wine rocks.) on: February 13, 2010, 05:06:28 pm
Hey, I just want to share the joy of snow with everyone! Is that so wrong? ;_;

Indeed... The joys of snow... I totally see why you love it! And there is nothing wrong with that...
Because it slows decomposition, if my facts are right. And the dump truck is spacious...
