Tales of Maj'Eyal, pure end-game stuff, pure ass kickery and some close calls, but them crits and lightning mods. I'm running with +56% Lightning Penetration, +40% Lightning Damage, 200% Crit Damage and upwards of 60% Spell crits. I cannot get enough of how sweet it is against crowds.

After setting up an orb and having a flaming buffed up ass-kicking shitkicker of a scrotum punching demon who can easily and without a doubt kick my ass with no chance of survival or any reasonable chance of winning, I teleported away and tackled the final Pride, which had the douchiness to have a few Anti-Magic, Mana Clash using bastards. If my mana drops to zero, I'm fucked. 8 Sustains and having my carrying capacity reliant on another sustain and the fact that with all that crap Mana Clash takes off 40% of the total and if shit looks like it's getting real I use the Time Shield + Aegis combo that knocks off about 110 Mana, or a fat 20%, initial attacks... it's a risky business. But I am glad that the boss for the zone wasn't an Anti-Magic user. That would not have been fun.

Slime Tunnels, where that buffed up sonnova bitch is lying in wait to kick my ass, but I got Dispel Magic, which was worth investing in Meta for that alone, for that exact moment where he sends me to the Fearscape. To nullify that, makes spending a category point completely and utterly worth it, regardless of it's rarity.

And with 800 more gold, I can get a third pimped out item, this time a hat. That Aegis Tree bonus is pretty worthwhile but a new hat! Decked with stats! Or a new ring, but something with stun resistance.

Maybe I can start on Inquisitor after this, or play as a Reaver. Dual-wielding axes like a badass. Or dual-wielding swords. Dual-wielding anything that doesn't require two hands, power fueled by wanton murder, it's a good class.

Log introduced me to Elona years ago, played as a Fairy/Claymore and was untouchable with my crazy ass evasion and ability to stab like a convict. Remember having a Golden Bell, Little Girl and another girl in my party of chicks and infesting the main town with the king and plot with a Chess King, which spawned shitloads of enemies in the area outside the castle or at lease where the important plot point was as well as some scattered all over the town. Never could continue the plot after that, so I just went and worked on getting a Little Cat Sister.

It was worth every one of those 85 medals.

So worth it.

From what I know:
Achievements
Unlockables that have no effect on gameplay but are for appearances and stuff. The word escapes me at the moment.
Vault Storage that comes into play mid-game:
(click to show/hide)
Exploration mode, think it's infinite lives and for scrubs.

Classes/Species are probably uniform for free/purchased versions.

You have excellent taste for believing in our excellent taste.

Speaking of TOMB, ran the gauntlet of the Spellblaze and while 500 turns wasn't enough, I kicked ass and took names. Prior to that, my name was took thanks to an Anti-Magic douchebag. Must have been Manaclash or something but I lost all 7 of my buffs, all my mana and believe it or not, those buffs were everything. It let me become a chainsaw to their roasted pig, a rocket launcher to their tissue box, a roaring hurricane (Lol) of destruction, sending chunks of everything about as lightning tore through their ranks!

So I'm down to 3 lives and unlikely to get anymore. Lost my chance at an Invincibility potion and chances are 75%. It will be done and I'll step over all their charred corpses to achieve victory, because I have some of the best species' skills in the game.

Again, Bone Shield + Aegis = 1000+ shield. It truly is the proper way to go Archmage.

Almost halfway through The Pagan Lord by Bernard Cornwell, as usual it's some real good stuff.

Bought The Witcher: Director's Cut years ago. Could never play it.

Time/Gentleman Please! Double Combo for 50 cents, Breath of Fire VII/Cthulhu Saves the World for a dollar, Disciples II for less than $2 each (Need to play this one), Blackwell on the cheap, Avadon for $2.50 (Old-school and totally worth it. Plenty of text for your reading enjoyment) and one that I've been meaning to get, Long Live the Queen. Enjoyed Hanako's previous game Magical Diary so still interested in it. And Analogue: A Hate Story is $1.99, worth it for all the reading you get. And the sequel for 50% off.

Good stuff on sale.

TOME, been kicking so much ass that I accidentally locked myself out of unlocking the Necromancer class. I didn't see that coming. Nor did I see the Dreadfell aftermath, let alone the fight against The Master. Got some jacked up Frozen resistence because he couldn't touch this 3/4 of the time. Otherwise, Lightning skills and Manathrust won the day with Freeze backing me up with some sick damage. Easier this time around with the skill-set I picked and Time Prison, always a keeper.

For the Dreadfell Aftermath:

Think I wrapped up most of the dungeons I have access to, except for The Mark of the Spellblaze and Ancient Dick Punching Elven Ruins. Time to move the plot along.

Senor Bones can go the distance, I can feel it in my bones.

The same game, and Senor Bones is getting all the women while making things erupt in electrical awesomeness. Lightning + That skill before Tempest that slaps on Hurricane on fools when they're dazed half the time + A crowd of chumps = everybody dying. And Bone Armor + Aegis Shield + Other Shield Buff = 1000+ Shield for 11 turns. And one of those is a sustain while another is activated instantaneously, not wasting a turn.

Archmages are so badass. Once I start laying on the crits, I become god.

Similiar to Yut:

PP: Walked into the theater class and it was packed. Asked my friend what was going on and he said it was midterm.
Shit.
PP1.5: The bastard's worth 30%.
PP2: I missed Canada kicking ass in hockey yesterday and today because of classes, but I did see Russia own Solvenia. Or that other one in their bracket with the similar name. To Solvenia's credit, they did quite well for a period and a half against Russia.

Tales of Maj'Eyal, every day. Thanks again to TLO, who needs to play it more. Everybody needs to play it.

Rolling with an Archmage and steamrolled Urkis, with little to no trouble on my part thanks to Stun/Freeze Resist and Lightning Resist. Far easier than the first time around. Dreadfell is coming up and need to unlock the Storm tree before I tackle it, need a little something something that's more than the Tri-Blasters.

Wrapped up Rookies, an awesome baseball manga and started up Bambino!, a series about a guy from the country who worked in a restaurant moving to Tokyo to work in an Italian restaurant on a recommendation. It's actually really good, gone through the first five volumes today and will probably knock down another one before the day ends.

Tales of Maj'Eyal,
(click to show/hide)
. Spoils a species but it's dynamite as an archmage with it's intrinsic, level-able shield, heal, buff to strength/dexterity and passives to status effect. Freeze is still a badass haymaker.
