So there are others, and they don't seem too happy to see ARC staff. Gee, I wonder who started that?
182  General Discussion / Zombie Stuff / Building a Colony... on: March 04, 2012, 11:46:26 pm
Ok, so you and your group have found an area that is relatively zombie free, or the zombie population can be dealt with quietly. You have the tools and equipment to build a colony.

What would you build?

I'd prolly build some kind of stockade wall around the colony. The entrance would be a reverse draw bridge that opens up rather then down. As for homes, they would prolly be simple A frames, unless or until we get our hands on better building materials.

184  General Discussion / Zombie Stuff / Age... on: February 26, 2012, 09:10:10 pm
Do you think a subjects age at time of death would effect how effective of a zombie they would be? Say would a 70 year old zombie be weaker then a 30 year old zombie? Would a child zombie be quick? Would age related mental deterioration make a diffrence in the zombies already limited mental function?
185  General Discussion / Zombie Stuff / Re: Degenerates on: February 26, 2012, 09:05:08 pm
It would be worse if it was happening to an elderly relative cause you wouldnt even really know. You'd prolly just brush it off as an effect of old age.
186  General Discussion / Zombie Stuff / Which Countries do you think will get it worse? on: February 24, 2012, 08:50:18 am
I highly spreadable zombie virus is crossing the globe. Its everywhere population centers are. Which countries do you think will get it worse?

Japan. Such a compressed population. It's not a matter of days, but hours. The U.S. along the coasts where the population centers are the highest.
187  General Discussion / Zombie Stuff / Re: How Fast will IT spread? on: February 24, 2012, 08:45:40 am
I'm kinda thinking it would be worse if it was slow. Then it would have time to spread to the 4 corners of the world before we know whats going on.
188  General Discussion / Zombie Stuff / How Fast will IT spread? on: February 23, 2012, 08:15:18 pm
Do you think the whatever it is will spread fast and we'll all just wake up that day and total chaos like in Dawn of the Dead (remake)? Or will it come in slowly like a mist?

Highway to Hell sounds good for a cruise across the country, but it's too slow for hitting things in my opinion. Or if the cars stalled out, the zombies are over running it, and your lighting that last smoke and touching the two wires connected to the TNT in the trunk.

Ok, so your driving down the road playing GTA with real cars, and Zombies are standing in for pedestrians. Whats blasting out of your car stereo?

I gotta do this once.

193  General Discussion / Zombie Stuff / Re: The Military on: February 16, 2012, 12:11:51 am
Well I doubt too many of us would find it kinky to spend hours plucking 9mm, or 55.6 outta ourselves, and spend valuable ammo to stay alive.
194  General Discussion / Zombie Stuff / Re: Surviving more then just zombies. on: February 13, 2012, 08:15:50 am
I do have a list of people for a general situation. It can range from earthquake, to social unrest. Among them are people with skills ranging from wilderness survival, to martial arts, and automotive repair. Also relatives with military, and law enforcement backgrounds.
