I finished the Hunger Games and thought it was good, but I'm really iffy about reading the next two because the main character just seems so... apathetic? And yeah, I understand about teenaged protagonists.

Well, I'm also reading it because of peer pressure and nothing else. That also probably kills something in the story.

Is he meant to be like Wallace Wells or something?

The big guy is Rory Williams/Pond from the 5th season (of the new stuff) onward, and the little guy is Jack Harkness from Torchwood. I don't know who Wallace Wells is. I've only watched the more current Who.

I'm like 10 pages into The Hunger Games and I can't focus. For some reason when the main character is a teenager, I just don't care anymore. Unless it's Harry Potter.

Got a Kindle recently and loaded it up with books. 96% of the way through The Pact by Jodi Picoult (one of my favorite authors), then I'll be reading The Hunger Games, which was lent to me by a friend.

AP: Don't have to work til 6 tonight and I only have to work from 8, from home. Awwwww yeeeeeeah. Then tomorrow and Saturday off.

Playing Dungeon Defender with Amadeus and our friends. Such a fun little game. I had picked up WoW again for a little bit, but I think I found a replacement already.

Eh, money shmoney. If you'll pitch in for shipping I will seriously make you one. Took me about 3 hours to make the Jayne hat. I telemarket for a living and as long as I can talk on the phone, my office doesn't care what I do with my hands. So I use that time to make things.
