I wasn't projecting anything. Somebody made a comment that was unjustified, and irked, and I got emotional as a result. The lesson already has been learned. Oh, yes. The proper course has been noted and is being acted upon. Thank you for your concern.

I was being honest. Not bothering next time.

Spite is such a way to sing.
Hostility. Pain's what you bring.
I'm not a prince. I'm not a king.
I'm just a foolish talking thing.

Enjoy your smugness. Have your fun.
Conflict is not how I can run.
In this discussion, this one's done.
Enjoy your victory. You have won.

And I don't do angst. Hoping for pity is pointless. What possible benefit does setting yourself up to be disappointed have?

Didn't stop anyone with Jameson! (but then Jameson was fat so it made it ok right?)
Um. No. Jameson, as seen by the friends he had, was a bit cocky. Charlie is still trying to be treated like a human. Nice assumption, though. I used to be fat. I shut bullies up by getting past the point they could pick on. Don't judge me. Hum. So tiresome. Anger is. I live the loneliness. Able to watch groups and be near them, while never being a part of them. I can't cry. I don't dream. I hardly want to sleep. Only reason it doesn't make me sad is because I'm  not happy in the first place. It didn't help. It never does. And the ball keeps rolling...

Oh sure. Pick on the new guy. He's been thrust into needing to re-learn being human, learn how to come off as "normal," lost his only friend effectively, and is now the new meat of a team of zombie hunters. Not cool.

Poor Charlie is learning it early. They can smell the zombie in him. Berserkers and maybe Mercies are the only ones who might willfully attack him. Now he just looks like an outsider more...

Yeah, I was kinda rootin for the little guy. I get the feeling that the last page will still make us all cry though...if I where less manly, cause I never cry Roll Eyes
I never cry, but that's not intentional. Poor kid and the parents. Gone. Forgotten. At least the hugging is cute. Right?

Murble wasn't bloodied D:
I see. Seems a bit too much for it to be dirt. Been wrong before...

What would you really expect a child to do, other than hide, in an apocalypse where meat-eaters the size and strength of adults roam?I thought the same thing.
I meant that, provided death was the kid's final action, I kind of was hoping the group might be running or something before any death. Hunter showing up and eating, followed by Hunter ninja awesome was just. Funny.
On a lighter note murble was approved.  Lips Sealed
But... the thing was all bloody from its owner. How quickly that death was forgotten by the world darkens it for me. That necessity justifies it darkens things for me.

I read that, and it ruined my day. Now I'm sad.  Cry  Why do Apocalypse stuff have ad things in them? You lead me through a good few pages, let me partially attach my self to a kid (didn't know till I KNEW he was dead), and killed him. So sad =C.
It is an apocalypse, though. Bad stuff is pre-written to be in the works. That has to be one of the most anticlimactic deaths ever, though. Wasn't even out and about before dying.

HAHAHAHAHA! Definitely a Hunter. Got the easiest meal without a fight.

Note: No, I don't find kids messily being eaten funny. It's just amazing how stealthy that zombie is/was.
41  TZH Discussion / TZH Discussion / Re: Today's Comic on: May 06, 2011, 12:19:23 am
That kid is about to be killed or dead already. Smart zombie. .How it got the kid so fast is unknown. Murble sure helped. EDIT: Ah. Snoring.
42  TZH Discussion / TZH Discussion / Re: Today's Comic on: May 04, 2011, 11:30:25 pm
So... That's it? No scene involving parents. No false hope involving survival. It's already over. Wouldn't be terribly surprised if that was a bitten parent giving a last hug and saying to run. Sadly, as a kid, that probably won't work. And then eating...

EDIT: Scratch that.

Darker days are on their way. Poor kid.

Will he be a real man and not open something for the zombie-esque shadow nearby? Will he be a real man and open the only thing between his wife and child, and the shadow?  And run the risk of being special zombied while the people he loves watch? Find out, on the next installment of TZH! Maybe.

Not entirely sure what I'm seeing this page, but all of them having shock and/or fear on their face says volumes.  Sad
EDIT: Went back and looked again. REALLY hoping that's a lone Crawler, rather than the beginning of the hoard...
