Especially if they included that bit in Deuteronomy about killing your wife if she backs you up in a fight and pulls the other bloke's balls, there would be. Then again I dunno. The Fundamentalists can be a bit funny about that sort of thing.

If you've got an old hard drive buy a caddy for it. Way cheaper. e.g.

No idea where else to put this so. If you have a soft spot for 80s British Thrash Metal may I recommend "Hospital Of Death"? Not least as they're gamely giving the option to download free legal copies of their album "Beer, Bitches, Blood". Hey, it's free. Root around their MySpace page for the torrent link over at:

But she's bang on about The Prophet Lovecraft.
TIL you should never buy a computer on the cheap through a government scheme. My father bought this Dell Dimension 5150 that I'm using now as he's a teacher. Only now the DVD R/W drive won't burn and I was all ready to plumb in the replacement as a second drive ths afternoon only to discover that the new drive is a SATA (as has been the industry standard connection for internal gubbins for about five years now) but the motherboard and power unit are PATA. Square peg round hole. STA/PATA Adapter unit ordered and on its way. Those buggers at Dell were punting old PATA kit banking on foks not opening up the case to replace drives. Sneaky devils.

What about if Marvel did a comic series based in this Alternate Disney Universe? Just wondering.

Do not question Zoe! Ever! You do not want to find out what she considers appropriate punishment exercises!

Ooh. One of the DJs on Gridstream Productions (Anarchy Online radio station) was drooling over this. Hmm. *looks sadly at Level 52 Adventurer* I dunno, maybe a change is as good as a rest.

*ADDENDUM*
Watched the trailers. Interesting. Though the flat at the end of the first trailer looks remarkably like my apartment in Borealis City i.e. crappy and run down.

Sammich, I have a koala in my face. It is only fair that RiceGuard gets to sing in the horrible bloody rain.

Suddenly, Slayer begins to play in the background.

*proceeds to mosh in the time honoured fashion*

And... he's gone. Dammit, I didn't get to say "Oh look, someone else on this site who don't drive." Hmmph.

Have a look at the "relaxing" emotes. Scratching your arse, *adjusting* yourself etc.

Oh, Fluke, stay out of Livejournal.

I see it as my immoral duty to haunt LJ and post the kind of random weirdness that seems drawn to me. Hell, only reason I got started on Twitter was to use LiveTwitter to keep updating it when offline. Strangely few people leave comments. I think it could have something to do with posting about physical sciences, zombies and fnords.
And the first pic? I concur. Need more info on the original artwork as I feel the need for new wallpaper.
