PP: Finally getting a server up and running with problems caused my PP, just to have the USB cable on one of the drives become unplugged, requiring another service visit. This was discovered while at work, in the middle of the night, when a service visit isn't possible. T,T

PP1: Dad and stepmom allowing a neighbor to do work on their network.
pp2: Discovering that when the neighbor set up the new cable modem, he only plugged in the family computer, set up their laptop for wireless and did not bother plugging in my server.

The neighbor told my folks their network was wide open and that he would secure it for them. Granted, Motorola modems are pretty easy to get into with default configuration, but to blatantly lie to my folks and tell them that anyone could get on does not make me trust you being on the same network as one of my servers. As soon as i heard about it I rushed over to my folks place and fixed the network, kicking him off the LAN in the process.

AP: This entire month I have been in a pretty good mood because i am looking forward to a trip coming up. It got even better a few days ago because my manager recommended me for a award the company has.

This is absolutely annoying, they shouldn't be selling shit that straight up doesn't work with some OS's without some kind of warning.

PP: trying to get 6 hours of sleep before work, just to roll around in bed for 2 hours before finally passing out.

If it happened right this minute, I would be in trouble. I am at work, in a box with glass windows all around, and the closest thing to a weapon i could get my hands on is a broom. If I was at my apartment, I would have some chance to escape to the country. I had 500 rounds for my rifles last time i counted, but i have used it since then.

I would probably dig in if they were right outside or go to my uncles if I had the chance. my uncle lives in the country and I live in the second floor of a apartment. If I had the time I would probably throw furniture down the stairs to block the doors and windows and then secure the apartment. No sense fortifying if the zeds are already inside.

first 2 were when I was a kid, 3rd was based on a book i liked, 4 was because i though white fox sounded kind of girly, I started using Metal Wolf if i did something i didnt want to be associated with White Wolf, I eventually dropped the White Wolf name and only used Metal Wolf from then on. If metalwolf is taken on a site i put something like 112002 or hax on the end.
