Epic ending! I really like shane in this. He actually does stuff and is way cooler in the show than in the comics.

Just finished watching Blue Gender. The final episode was lame. If you have seen it you know what I mean. The rest of the series was good though and I enjoyed it.

Floods, fires, meteors, zombified animals, loss of all water, earthquakes, volcanoes, trapped on an island filled with zombies, being the last person alive. There are a wealth of opportunities.

But that's just the thing.  Zombies will exist.  They've always been a metaphor for the collapse of society and I think we're closer to that now than ever before.  It's why they resonate so well with most people.

Except that zombies as zombies wont exist. There will never be flesh eating former humans who are dead. Society may collapse but it wont be because of zombies.

It is already at the point where everyone is getting tired of zombie. Society is saturated with it and I imagine that people's obsession with them will die down a bit when they finally realise that they will never exist.

Zombies were originally created when an hypno-ray hit the world and only people who could take zombification seriously were turned, leaving only non-zombiites alive.

I live in Australia. I'll just grab some of the local wildlife and throw it at the zombies. Problem solved.

The more serious zombie films dont seem to have zombie fiction because otherwise it would be like. "Oh that person just got up from the dead, they must be a zombie. We simply have to destroy their brain. Oh and the infection is spread by bodily fluids." It would be really boring.

I want it too. Unfortunately I cannot ship it to where I live because customs wont allow me to import knives. Sigh. I just want to kill zombies with it. It's not like I am dangerous

Wasn't sure where to put this so I will post it here.

Not to long ago I was talking about a company called zombie tools, they make blades to kill zombies. I have heard from many people (not so much the here) that these guys sell crap and the blade I bought was a waste of money. They recently did a torture test of one of there blades, in it they cut up a truck hood, a cinder block, and a bike. After the cutting they did a few bend tests, have a look.

Seems like a pretty solid blade to me...I can't say I like there taste in music though...

Yea it really seems like a solid blade to me. You are supposed to hitting flesh so its not surprising it broke when they hit the solid concrete block. I guess it is hard to know the quality of a weapon without actually being able to handle it.
