AP: My practical for uni (teaching year 2's), is going really well. I have been offered relief work as well as a possible contract already. I'm also starting to really feel like a teacher, like I could actually do this as a career (only took the better part of 4 years). Also, all the teacher's who have seen me teaching have said that I'm doing really well. Today I had a lovely boy who is also very much on the spectrum (normally just stands in the back of the classroom and watches everything, does not do his work or interact, with math being the only thing he sometimes does without his LSA there) actually responded well to me, and did all of his work, and even came up to me and interacted with me, it made me feel really good that I was actually able to get through to him and teach him something.

I don't know if anyone has heard of this one, but I've been playing the dayz mod for arma 2. Pretty awesome, getting sort of close to a more realistic zombie game, definitely worth taking a look at! Smiley

Well yeah obviously Tongue Many 'funny images' don't go into fool proof detail.

It's an argument for the fact that both people should have been able to survive, rather than one having to stay in the water and freeze to death.

And I post this to the forum that I go to that nobody I know reads, because I don't have the balls to say it to their faces.

I have totally done that before, good on you for admitting it.

PP-Too much work Sad My sick brain can not function well enough to do it.

One: went to uni (college) straight out of school - and dropped out of Year II due to serious burn out. DO NOT do further education directly out of school as it messes you up. Seriously. Old man talkin' here.
I've gone straight through from college (high school) to uni (college) and now in my 4th year I am starting to wind down, but I'm pretty sure it's because I know I'm finished in a matter of months. I've also been guaranteed a job when I finish. Also you can work and study at the same time to make sure you have some work experience as well as a degree, I've been doing so for the last 7 years. Guess what I'm trying to say that it is different for everyone, and you need to do what you feel is best for you, not what other's think is best for you. Although in saying that I'm a bit of a hypocrite because I did want to have a gap year, but my parents convinced me to go back to continue on, I listened, and in the end they were obviously right.
Anyways back on track..
PP- Being sick all the time!! So over it.

Pretty sure something or someone doesn't want me to finish my assessments, so far I have had Gastro, food poisoning, been attacked by dogs, and gotten that sort of sickness where your head just goes fuzzy and you cant think at all. All in the course of about a month, and a month where all of my assessments are due.
68  General Discussion / Zombie Stuff / Re: What would you miss the most? on: April 23, 2012, 05:51:12 pm
I would miss music/concerts and gigs. I love live and loud music!
I would also miss my home, friends, and family.

I totally watched all of Ergo Proxy, loved it. Everything from the animation to the characters, the story, and the general feel. Would definitely watch it again!

My wife is bragging about sleeping with some guy and it's only been a month.

I know I don't really know your or your wife, but I do know about girls (being one, and being very close to a lot of girls), and I can say that this behaviour very much suggests the opposite of being ok or of having moved on. In fact it's normally something a girl does because she wants to see if it is possible for anyone to actually 1: find her attractive or 2:love her. It mostly shows a huge insecurity about themselves as women, and the fact she is 'bragging' to you about it either means she wants you to hurt like she is, to try and see your reaction/whether you still care about her, or to try and assert herself as still desirable because she isn't actually sure anymore. Normally a sign of actually moving on is when they stop sleeping around and either start focusing on old hobbies or interests, or when they start talking about one guy in particular, and not about sleeping with them, but sort of just in passing (though they will mention him a lot).

I have seen this cycle with 3 of my closest girl friends who I have known for over 10 years, and it always how they react to a break up with someone who they really really loved.

I don't know if anyone actually wanted to know this, or if actually helps anyone in anyway, but I figured I would share my knowledge and experience anyway.

Now back on topic
PP- 4 days after being bitten, my leg still hurts a lot and looks really gross, also my arm has been hurting heaps because of the damn tetanus shot I had to get because of the bite.

PP- Went for a jog tonight because I missed my gym class due to my uni workload and got attacked by two dogs. Resulting dog bite:

Actually looks much worse then can be seen in this picture, and hurts heaps! Was scary.

AP-Had an exciting and fun day! Went to an awesome concert, got a photo in the paper, and was filmed in an add for the gym I go to.
