Back to the present.

After a friend of mine had died--I called up Sam to tell her and be sad--at this time she worked nights at a call center so she sleeps during the day and a Sleepy Sam isn't very coherent.
I tell Sam what happened, and it basically went like:
Sam: "Maybe you should send her a card--like 'sorry you got killed' in like, crayon...."
Me: "Sam, that's HORRIBLE."
Sam: "You laughed though."
Me: "...I did."

That explains the blood drops.

Call me crazy but why would blood be dripping off Jasper if Milo got shot?

Don't think that's Jasper's blood. Depending on where Milo was shot and how close he was to Jasper, the man could literally have Milo's blood on his hands (or boots or wherever else).

The fact we don't see a body could mean RL Jenny is pulling a bait and switch on us, especially considering Jasper appears to be a part of some sort of plot back on Arc and faking a mans death is the best way to get things done secretly.

Jasper was original just called that Smug Gas Mask Guy, like to think it's the nick name that the infected have for all Red Halos sense they all seem to be dicks at one level or another.

...why didn't he just shoot him earlier? Or just let the zombie eat him?

Ether Jasper is setting up Milo to fake his death or Jasper is a even bigger dick than any of us ever thought (and that says allot) I mean, waiting for someone to look you in the eyes before pulling the trigger has Sociopath written all over it.
