December 3rd
It's 7:21 PM EST
67 degrees
I'm wearing shorts  Cool

PP: Biggest asshole customer at the cleaners has called two nights in a row asking us to stay open late for him.
Well I mean I don't know for certain that's what it was, because I didn't answer because that's always what he wants when calls at 5 til close.
If someone is a little late and asks if we'll be there a few minutes late, yeah that's cool, I'll hang around. But when you're a douche who demands we stay open by 15 minutes or more? Yeah I'm just not gonna answer the phone. ESPECIALLY if you have done this gofer and FORGOT TO COME BY.
Damn you and your little shorts too! We had just gotten an ass-load of snow in several day's time...

It's possible the customer's job doesn't let him off until the time you close. I'd be frustrated too. No excuse for poor manners, though.

PP: I've been sick for about a week where I've almost done nothing but sleep. I actually have lost some weight, but I get winded more easily, still.

Pfff, I'm a 27-year-old female and I still find it hilarious. Heck, I've out-burped a boyfriend in every one of our burping contests. Of course, no one has ever accused me of being "classy". hehehe. Speaking of...

AP: I told my former boyfriend that I still thought of him almost everyday, and I think he wants to get back together with me. Every time I hang around a guy here, I think of him, wishing I were hanging out with him instead.

Related PP: I'm in Minnesota and he's in Alaska... I don't work enough to afford a plane trip every couple months and still save money for other things, like tuition.

Currently watching D. Gray-Man on Netflix, but it only has the first two seasons, and I'm nearing the end of the second. Is it just me, or does it have a Fullmetal Alchemist feel to it? Either way, I really like it. (:

Why am I not surprised that he rolled his sleeve up first?

AP: two Saturdays ago, my sister and I drove two and-a-half hours to go to our first anime con, Anime Fusion. It was a small con, but it was a good experience. My sister cosplayed as Waldo, and just that evening alone, she had 25 people say something along the lines of "I found Waldo!", received at least three hugs, had several people take her picture, and she photobombed several other people's pictures.

Sunday, I actually cosplayed (I didn't the night before) as a humanized Dragonair. I thought the costume was slightly obscure and no one would really get who I was supposed to be. Several people actually did. I've had several people take my picture and one took a few-second recording, and I received a few compliments (one in particular was about my head piece). It was fun. (:

PP: while I had fun, it was definitely a learning experience on what to do or watch out for, for the next anime con.

I had thought I had asperger's too. I had a hard time taking the test and couldn't finish before the tester stopped me and told me I had the obsessive part of OCD, which can greatly interfere with a lot of things that I do. Good luck! I hope you get some helpful answers.

Just watched the first season of Spice and Wolf. It's alright, I guess. I suppose it was created by someone who seems to hate the Church. I'm not a religious person, but that "church is bad" stuff didn't sit too well with me. Maybe it is supposed to reflect the time of the setting this anime takes place. I don't know; I'm not a religion history buff. Also, some of the business talk confused the hell out if me.

I did enjoy Holo's character design and the banter between her and Lawrence. I will go watch the second season, though.

I like The Walking Dead. Maybe my standards for a TV show aren't as high as some of you peoples' but I'm sure I've seen worse. Sure, there are some things about it that annoy me, but I'll still watch the new season when it comes out this Sunday with my family, who are also into it. C:

And to correct Yut:

And... I finished Soul Eater. I think I'll start Spice and Wolf next.

Is it better to watch a marathon of the same show, or mix it up and watch several different shows as if it were a tv channel (minus the commercials)?

PP: it sucks finishing an awesome anime because you want to see more, or the ending didn't quite pan out how you would have liked.

Just started watching Soul Eater, and I have to say I'm loving the backgrounds! Especially the moon

AP: Went to a renaissance festival on Sunday and it was pretty fun. That's not the AP though. Walking by a booth, I noticed some very familiar artwork by one of my favorite artists that I've been a fan of for about fourteen years. It was really nice talking to her, and she signed the print I bought from her. Do you guys know of Christy "Goldenwolf" Grandjean? Self-taught and does some amazing colored pencil drawings (at least I think so, anyway).
