PP : My speciality's secretariat decided to take two weeks of holidays when they were supposed to verify and approve our internship papers (although they were supposed to get them signed and approved by March), so I've been for two weeks in forced stand-by, waiting for them to come back... worst of all, I needed those papers to break the contract with my previous housing, so I'll have two rents to pay this months... the joys of administration...

Started a new Minecraft server with my flatmates

AP : Things moving on in life. Even if the first semester was very hard, I had overall a good year with interesting projects and people. I'll move in the new flat in a matter of weeks (paperwork ), and I'm ready to focus on the finals coming next week and the internship that comes just after.

AP2 : I made my friends try Stone Soup Dungeon Crawl.

Yeah, its truly weird. 

PP : 3 shootings in a few day by the same person (neonazi psycho scum), even if I don't live in this region (southwestern France) that shit is seriously scary. What I can't stand is all the politics candidates talking shit about "LOL, would have never happened if I was (note : or were ? can't recall of the grammatical rule) president", seriously they are a bunch of morons disprespectful of the tragedy.

PP2 : National Instruments mixed all the names at the exam. So everyone got a mark that isn't his and we don't know if they can sort it up of if we will have to retake it.

PP3 : Paperwork.

PP : Laptop stolen in train two weeks ago, train company and police just don't give a fuck. I know its gone, but seriously, if the best they can do everytime is : "Meh, shit happens", they should have chosen another job...

PP3 : Can't find my Labview DVD, thus installed the evaluation version until i find it again.

Can't play Star Trek Online because of blocked connexion so I'm playing Dungeons of Dredmor.

Since I don't have my laptop, currently playing Star Trader RPG (free space RPG on Android, the elite version is cheap and really worth it) and Realm of the Mad God on the family old computer.

Finally got around playing Dungeons of Dredmor, good game.

Le Joueur du Grenier (The Attic Gamer), a french independent show where the Attic Gamer tests the worst old games possible, I could only find his first episode subbed in english (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vbYF7dzN6DA&feature=related, sound is kinda crappy), but his most recent episodes are really good (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xfJHv4LzszQ, the one on the RPGs), if you understand French you should give it a go

More seriously, just ignore them. They remind me on guy of my prom that never knew he existed until he called me 2hours before assignement was due lol.

I was having the exact same issue last week. I built my computer about 3 years ago and while I've done my best to keep it clean and dust the inside out every now and then I still ended up having problems. So Friday I popped the fan that sits directly on my heat sink off, and there was a solid layer of dust that no amount of air could have possibly gotten rid of, like 1/8th of an inch thick. After removing that my computer not only runs perfect again but its silent as well.

Thanks, the only thing preventing me from opening my latop is that i need it for the next days (I'm too afraid to not be able to close it to risk it now lol), I'll to that in the week-end.
