Ya'll are a good anti-peeve.

I've been chasing database issues all afternoon, and I come to the forum, and find pictures of Epic Micky, discussions about awesome hair-dye, and the Count punching Edward. Now I want to draw (I am not likely to do so, but still!) and listen to music and things are generally much more amusing Cheesy

when I was running the mass uploads and helping check on the changes, I just kept chanting, "Why is her head so biiiiig? Why is her head sooooooo biiiig?"

I expect the divorce papers to show up any day now :p

Watching the shifts in the way the world looks is pretty awesome, though. The wastes are no longer a sterile, pristine place, in the early strips- now they match the grim and gritty world of the later strips.

Humans are made of meat, Hail.... just sayin'.

PP: Being unable to find anyone in the educational system who will sign off on my SBA classes so I can use my VA benefits. I didn't spend time in the Army just for giggles... let me use my frigging benefits.

The city fears me... I've seen it's true face... He love you long time Lucky Greg. He love you long time The city fears me... I've seen it's true face...
I am indeed Cheesy

shoes, are very important.
because i hate buying them, usually i have only one pair at the time.
i can tell you, that even very high quality shoes, designed for trekking, after a year are very worn.
keep that in mind, and does anyone of you military guys know how it is with the army shoes?

so that makes greg the first lady of zombies, technically?
also, if you wear shoes constantly (like, using only one pair all the time)
they wear down real fast, the high end ones too.
though, i dont take any care of them.
would that help? they are not leather or anything like that
Army boots come in several varieties. Also, you (assuming you're a cobbler, or know a cobbler) can have them modified to better suit your needs. What you'd want to do, would be to go through the different types, try them on, and see how you like them. Then the ones that're the best match for you, you'd have modified. If you take proper care of them, the boots should last quite some time.

I've got a pair now that're going on ... hell, my parents got them for me when I finished Basic... almost ten years, I guess. Nine and a half? I've worn the soles down nearly smooth, at this point. But you can get the soles replaced, on a good pair of boots. I've also got a couple of pairs of the older desert boots, which would then be... seven years old, I guess. The soles on one of those pairs came apart, though- probably from being heated so much in Kuwait. The other pair that I never actually wore in the desert has no problems. And again, if I wasn't lazy, I'd just take the first pair to a boot shop and get them fixed.

In general, I prefer a more snug fit with a softer sole if I'm going to be running a lot, and a somewhat harder sole for general day-to-day wear. That's just a matter of preference, though.

...and I prefer 'first lord' Wink

AP: the rat surrounded by hungry roaches in today's comic. That makes me laugh and laugh.

My zombie plan has already been enacted. I have married their queen, and so shall be safe.

PP: I don't know what it is, but my controller keeps on disconnecting. It's not the batteries, because they're fully charged, It's not the controller because it did the exact same thing to me in my other controller, so I have no idea whats going on, it was perfectly fine earlier, and yesterday, and it's not like every 10 minutes, it's literally every 10 seconds. I hear a buzzing noise in my mic, and then it just stops, so that is pretty lame.

EDIT: I swapped these rechargeable batteries for the rechargeable batteries in my Wiimote, which are the exact same brand as the ones I just took out, and now my controller is fine. I guess maybe it was the batteries, I put the ones that were messed up in my Wiimote, so if it does the same to my Wiimote then that definitely means its the batteries.

Yutz, check the voltage on the label of the batteries. Then check it against the requirements on the device.
Most throwaway batteries are 1.5 volts. A lot of the rechargeables that are the same size are only 1.3 or 1.25. Basically means that the rechargeables will only last a fraction as long as the throwaways, unless you're using them in something that doesn't draw much power, like a TV remote. Also, as the rechargeables get older and hold less charge, they'll start failing faster and faster.

AP: Commander Keen.

Also, AP: galciv2. I honestly prefer the diplomacy of GC2 to the sid meiers franchise games. There's just something beautiful about starting intergalactic wars by bribing everyone to attack each other, then sitting back and selling arms to all involved...

Oh, goody Cheesy

We wanted to rearrange the site a bit to bring more of the comic onto the screen when you first look at the site, as well as get rid of some of the tiny text in the left sidebar. I love the new icons Jenny came up with for the livestream and all that sorta stuffs.

Also, as we've rearranged some of the ads, if you see any that are offensive or anything else, please do let me know. Also let me know what domain the ad links to, as that's how I can track them down and block them Smiley

it is, however, COMPLETELY AWESOME.

Well, professional photos aren't cheap, but they sure are pretty Smiley As a wedding gift my parents funded the photographer who did both the wedding photos and that photo shoot.

Overall, the shoot lasted something like six hours, ish? Jenny would probably have a better idea. We took stock photos for relatives, did the boat location, and then wandered off for the actual ceremony at the end of the shoot.

edit-
@Cobolt and yes, but it's always nice to hear it Wink

Cheez- it's a tux without the jacket on, so you're seeing the vest there. You can achieve the same effect with a dress shirt and a vest. Jenny'd nicked my jacket, as she was cold Smiley

Jenny is always beautiful  Grin

Tiny wifeling is tiny Cheesy

It took some work to find pictures where I don't look utterly wear-your-skin psycho. I never knew 'til after all these photos that I somehow smile with a fang over my lip sometimes. I don't even know how that happens... I had braces as a kid, so my teeth should be just as straight as anyone else's. Sadly, all of those got left on the cutting room floor, so I can't show what I mean.
