Got a letter today saying (paraphrased a bit) "Due to your usage habits and the subsiquent effect such heavy usage has on other customers, we will unfortunatly have to disable your connection if it is heavyly used during peak times, for up to two hours or untill off peak time. This will be effective from the 30th of March."

And it seems from the past few nights of what I though was the weather fucking up my connection browsing FacePunch and having MSN and Steam open is "heavy use", so I spent twenty minutes waiting on hold to talk to someone, when I did get to talk to someone they could barely speak english and were about as useful as a cast iron snorkle.

So basicly I can't use the internet when I normaly use it most, and they were too cheap to send the letter first class so I'd know about it before I was getting booted off.
