I admit that the reason Dream Theater is my favorite band above all others is because it seems that they have a song that speaks to me no matter what the situation. I always seem to stumble across those songs by accident as well.

Jesu- Mother Earth I love this band/project to pieces. It's hypnotic and crushing and pretty all at the same time.

Ne Obliviscaris - As Icicles Fall an amazing band from Austraila. I <3 the violin. You can download their EP for free as well.

Isis- Wrists of Kings another band I've been on a listening binge to.
