Fuel can go back if it's in contact with oxygen for a few months. It polymerises and forms gum that would clog fuel lines. If they find such a batch, using it to burn things isn't really a waste.

So, the explosion will blow a zombie's head off, it'll fly through the air, and land on Milo's face. It'll still have enough life in it for one last bite. It'll die happy.

Translation: Hey! That's MY stick!
And of course that's not Milo! Milo will die on-screen! Jasper punches him in the stomach, Milo just had supper and wasn't ready to take a blow, so his stomach ruptures and he bleeds to death in a few painful minutes. He attempts to stagger away (while Jasper and friends walk away and pretend they were never involved in the scene) and collapses on a television set. Which is why he dies on screen. But it's not shown in the comic. So it's off screen. Even though it's on screen.

Wep, I did make a noob mistake! Nearly decimated my whole group in a single turn! Yay! But it was more entertaining than annoying, I believe. Lesson learned: burst actions, unless otherwise specified, do not discriminate between allies and enemies. Also, the concept of attack of opportunity negates every strategy learned from video games ever.

(Whenever possible) In combat, when you're making your attack roll and it comes up crap, try and cheat it if the DM didn't see it yet. It'll save yer bacon.
D: But... what is the point of playing a game if you're not playing the game???

But... earlier, much earlier, Jasper hints that Milo's death is somehow connected to Jenny's actions, so I don't think he dies right away. I think they take him away to have a talk. Which may involve being held by two strong guys and repeatedly kicked in the nuts. But he comes back alive. Then Jenny sees in what states he's in and refuses to believe he just fell in the stairs, so she lunges at the officers, a fight break, Milo wants to intervene and is mortally wounded in the process. Then he turns and hits on Charlie in crawler-speak, making Jenny forever jealous.

And it turned out that these strips have all been a webcomic! Nobody dies! But double-twist! Milo isn't the author's fantasy guy, he's his actual self-insert, and Jenny is the fabricated character! Milo has been roleplaying as Jenny all these years! After being found out, he stops making that webcomic, everybody else in it stops existing, and only Milo lives on...

Seeing that Jasper can be serious about his work doesn't make him any more sympathetic to me. If anything, it means that he is capable of being socially competent when he needs to be, so when he's being a douche it's a choice. He's a competent officer, and a competent officer can't keep the ass hat on at all times, nor does he have, as a person, to be a dick to everyone equally. It makes him a better rounded character, but not a better person.

Next attempt, Charlie drops the gun and does a screaming berserker charge on the target, taking it apart with his hands and teeth. Milo dies of shame.
