Nothing since it's hard to inject stuff into the noodles. But I do boil the noodles with a dash of salt and a touch of olive oil both for flavor and to prevent the noodles from clumping together. Then I usually chop up fresh mushrooms to add to the sauce as well browning ground beef and bits of italian sausage to go into the sauce. A touch of basil and all purpose spice to the sauce and either some fresh tomato chunks, or if I'm feeling lazy stewed tomatoes as well because I like chunky sauces. Garlic bread with a nice blend of cheeses (usually mozzarella, cheddar and colby jack) with a sprinkle of the McCormick All purpose spice on top to go along with it and dinner is served.
