*High fives Cheez back.*

Ain't no rest for the wicked - Cage the elephant.

I just heard it for the first time today and really tickles my psuedo blues itch.

I have a soft spot for folk/other genre mashups.  I also enjoy Finntroll and The Tossers (Finnish folk/fantasy metal and Irish folk/punk respectively)

I used to have a flat cap, sadly my dog ate it.  (Seriously, stop looking at me with that skeptical look.)

Christmas time traditionaly has a huge spike in suicides, both attempted and realized.  Some go so far as to call it the season of suicide.  Ask someone who has little money and few to no friends and/or family how enjoyable they find it.  Some people hate the travesty it's become (commercialized and stripped of real meaning) some just find it incredibly stressful (the obligation to buy things for people they don't feel they can really afford.)  I have mixed feelings about Christmas and acknowledge that it is not universally enjoyed.

Jack is fun in small doses.  It used to be my drink of choice for doing shots, but if we're going to go in depth into drinking a new thread should be made, we're drifting pretty far from pictures.

Just replace the soda with absinthe and you're good to go

<.<

*Hides.*
I've thought about that now that some folks are importing absinthe into the US again but straight up absinthe with cherry bits would probably taste quite vile.  Maybe mix it with a clear soda like lemon lime or ginger ale as a base?  Absinthe needs to be diluted down with water and sugar anyway... add a shot of the melon liquor... I may have to go back to the drawing board again.

that is awesome. But here in canada we dont have things like strawberry crush and green soda, 'cept for kiwi, and lime.

Green River Soda is pretty regional, I don't think you can find it too far out of the Chicago area but it's the only one I know of that's actuall green.  Besides, I think you may be a wee bit under the legal drinking age so I'd feel bad encouraging you to try the drink(s).

I believe he said the helmet survived three wars, not himself personally.

My step grandfather however served in both WW1 and WW2.  The twist here being that for WW1 he was drafted by the Russian military because he was tall for his age (15) and only given a staff with a bayonet on it (rifles were given to "real" soldiers) and sent into the trenches.  By WW2 his family had left the motherland for US.  I always regretted that he passed on before I was old enough to really appreciate his stories and ask for more details.

And I guess I'll have to scrounge up another pic of myself to post here, in the meantime you'll have to make do with this

But sadly, the copyright lawyers won't believe that we simply just 'did not know'.

Which is why I didn't delete posts or ban anyone.  I just wanted to put out a friendly reminder to steer away from dangerous terrritory.  Carry on.

Who said anything about pirating it?

Uploading it for free download of a non abandonware game?  Or did I misunderstand the turn the conversation was taking?  If so I apologize.

*Cough cough*

Game piracy is bad mm-kay?
