That sounds delicious.

I should specify that the spaghetti bake "recipe" assumes you've mixed your sauce in with the noodles and it is even better if you have meat in the sauce.  If you don't have any sauce to mix with the noodles... well that's how I invented mexican spaghetti.

Similar to the previous scenario I found myself with a fridge full of leftovers and no desire to go shopping but this one is probably a little more creative.  I had a bunch of leftover spaghetti noodles (but no sauce this time) and a few lefovers related to tacos including the taco seasoned ground beef and a nearly full jar of salsa.  So I  connected the dots.  What's the main ingredient in spaghetti sauce?  Tomatos.  What's the main ingredient in salsa?  Tomatos.  Does this concoction keep me from having to drive anywhere?  Yes!  So I dumped the salsa in a pot with the taco meat, heated it up and used it as a stand in for real spaghetti sauce.  Bam!  Mexican spaghetti.  It's not bad either.

AP:  A few years ago I invented the best way to eat leftover spaghetti and today I made it even better.

So one day I had a bunch of leftover spaghetti and decided to punch it up a bit because I wasn't in the mood for that slightly soggy taste leftover pasta always seems to have.  So I dumped it in a baking dish, put some mozzarella cheese on top, baked it til the cheeze melted and started to brown at the edges, viola!  Spaghetti bake.  Simple, and delicious.

Tonight while I was getting ready to make a batch I had a slip of the tongue and called it pizza bake.  Then I was like, "why not?"  Layer of cheese went on top like normal, then pepperoni, and another light dusting of cheese.  Amazing.

This has been, cooking leftovers with Outlaw, join us next time where he shares his recipe for Mexican spaghetti!

I'm sure this is their way of coming out with something even more invasive and annoying than Google glass.  Plus they can crush the dreams of everyone who was looking forward to the Oculus Rift.  Win/win for FB.  Lose/lose for everyone else.

I redeemed them and didn't notice the problem until I was trying to figure out why the points weren't appearing in game.

I never knew Sony made cards for their online store... Did it have the Playstation Network, or Playstation Store logo on it? Those are what make them stand out.
No, it has the DCUO Logo though which is why it caught my eye.

It does say (PC) after DCUO but I didn't notice it when I bought it.  I just need to figure out what I'm going to do with these 4000 points now.  I sort of think it's BS that the PC/PS3 economy is seperate like that.  It really doesn't make sense to me.

PP:  Pissed away 30 bucks on Sony station cash cards yesterday.  I don't usually like the idea of actually paying to subscribe to an MMO but I've been playing DCUO often enough that I've been considering it.  I was in Wal Mart and noticed they carry Sony "cash cards" that you can use for either a month sub or use as Marketplace cash for buying in game goodies.  Wal-Mart cards have a five dollar bonus of Sony's cash points included.  I was like , "Sweet, a month sub PLUS extra points to dick around buying random crap, that sounds like a legit way to trial-run a sub, I'll take two."  Yea... apparently the Sony PC marketplace and PS3 marketplace are COMPLETELY seperate and these card are only good for the PC marketplace.  Which is completely useless to me.  Nothing like setting fire to 30 bucks just to watch it burn.

I don't know if it's exactly a PP but I don't get pharmacists.  Earlier this week was a classic example.  I took off work to get my possibly dislocated shoulder checked out (probably just hyperextended or slight muscle tear vs. dislocated but it still hurts like hell) and I get prescribed some industrial strength anti-inflammatory drugs (because the swelling was apparently pinching a nerve and making my arm go numb) and muscle relaxers.  OK, cool.  So I go to Wal-Mart, where the prescription has been called in already before I left the clinic.  It's still not even mid morning and Wally world is a ghost town, there's more people behind the presription counter (six, I counted) than customers in the whole store and yet I'm told it will take another 45 minutes to get my prescription filled.

Excuse me, why?  Why the fuck does it six fucking people 45 minutes to take pills out of a big jar, count them, and put them in a smaller container to hand to me?  The big jar is even labeled and everything.  I could do it myself in ten minutes if I counted them out using an abacus and hand wrote the label for the pill bottle.

And they get cranky with you when you stand at the counter waiting.  Like maybe they're worried I'll notice it won't really take them 45 minutes?  "You can continue with your shopping," they say, "we'll page you when we have it ready."  Except I'm not shopping, I'm only there for the pills so I can take them and hopefully numb the pain enough so I can sleep.  So finally after about ten minutes or so of the whole gaggle of them just shuffling around and looking at me over their shoulders I go to the restroom.

They page me before I'm even done washing my hands.  I swear to God, they had to be fucking with me.  Like I said, I don't get pharmacists.

Which reminds me, I never get back to playing the original Dark Souls after I picked up the DLC.  I need to do that one of these days.

PP:  Think I dislocated my shoulder playing tug of war with my dogs last night.  We have this rope with a handle in the middle so you can play tug of war with two dogs at the same time.  Which is great until one drops their end and the other runs full speed in the opposite direction.

Funny, Charlie was talking to zombies earlier.
Yea but they were zombies he could see which probably made it slightly less weird.  You know instead of the zombies in Katies head.

I can totally picture Charlie's next line.  "SAM!  Katie broke her brain again!"  Or I could be wrong...

EDIT:  I was totally wrong, apparently Charlie's next line is Sammie's ventriloquism.

Thief is very slow going for me, I've been crawling over the bank heist level trying to find the last few loot pieces and 1 document I'm missing.  I thought I had it because I was super thorough.  Stupid completiontist streak.

EDIT:  Picked up Rogue Legacy this weekend because it was on sale.  Holy crap is it addictive fun.  Imagine if someone combined the bitch hard platforming of "I want to be the guy" with the roguelike attributes of perma death and level randomizing ala "Nethack" and toss in a VERY warped sense of humor along with roguelite resource management.  Add it all up and I don't know what the fuck it means but it's a bad ass fun game.  I've lost count of how many children I've fed to the meat grinder, some only last seconds but there's always one more ready to jump in.  My favorite so far has been my adhd giant barbarian queen. Though the paladin who was "the one" and a dwarf was also pretty memorable.

It's okay, I bought a PS4 when I probably shouldn't have. Granted, I didn't know I was going to be fired shortly after.

But muh MGS5.
Get you some of that free DCUO action.  I hear it looks killer on PS4 and I need people who aren't random internet douches to play with.

Nice, I loved AFI back in the day (and have this EP naturally) their punk years were awesome.  The later stylistic shift towards gothic/emo began with Black Sails at Sunset and I really consider that their last good album.  Sing the Sorrow wasn't bad but it wasn't really an AFI album in the sense that it really wasn't really hardcore punk by any stretch.  I stuck around for whatever their next album was hoping it was going to start swinging back the other way but nope, haven't listened to anything new from them since.

PP:  Found out yesterday my dog has severe hip dysplasia (despite his parents being hip certified.)  This is upsetting on so many levels, not least of which is I was sort of justifying the obscene amount of money I've sank into this dog already (AKC registration, obedience training and oh by the way, emergency care because he almost died of kidney failure when he got into something (that we never really did figure out what)) with the thought that we would be able to breed him and maybe make back a little bit of that coin.  Nope, no one is going to pay money to get gimpy puppies.  And the surgery to correct this is of course ridiculously expensive.  I should know by now that any time I manage to have any money in the bank disaster is right around the corner.  I already should also know by now that my ability to pick out dogs is the worst ever.  Run down of last three... sociopathic dog we had to put down, great dog born with a heart defect that was undetectable as a puppy but killed him in just over a year, and now this.  My wife doesn't get why I don't want anymore dogs after this but that's a whole seperate PP.

I loved the original.  It still has some of the most memorable gaming moments I ever experienced.  The reboot is definitely improving now that I reached a larger hub area.  Much better than the uber-linear intro sequences.  Though the progression for some of the side missions doesn't make much sense.  I don't have a tool I need to loot a collectible but the shop guy doesn't sell it yet, I resorted to google and found out it won't be available until after the next chapter.  Lolwhut?  Hopefully I can replay it after I get what I need to 100% it.  Fun fact, I spent most of yesterday just wandering around pickpocketing and doing random breaking and entering as I explored.  I still hate the new Garrett voice though.
