Today I learned that my ex is being a manipulative bitch, and because of that I was VERY tempted to go out with her again. Even though I know it would be a mistake. All because, in an effort to make me jealous, she started dating a guy that has a history of domestic violence.

Today I learned that I have a very odd since of humor, because when I realized that, my ex was mostly just being a manipulative bitch, I couldn't help but laugh at the stupidity of what she was doing, and at the stupidity of myself for almost falling for it.

Also playing EVE. It's hilarious dealing 10k damage to enemies in a single volley, when it takes then 10+ to do 100 damage to me.

I'm interested, but before I start working on anything, what is the backstory of the campaign? Is magic common? Why are we out adventuring? you get the idea. I can, and have, played all the major classes, and a fair number of the 'alternative' classes found in the supplements (tbhough I tend to prefer melee combatents of magic users and ranged attackers).

Today I learned who started the previous mentioned rumor. And today, THEY learned that there's an important difference between feeling homicidal and suicidal....

Today I ALSO learned that the people I play DnD with are seriously considering perminantly dropping the current campaign we're in (which is currently planned to be put on temporary hold), in favor of the one I'm starting next week in it's place...and we haven't even started the campaign yet...and it's going to be my first time DMing...ever. Needless to say, I'm a little apprehensive.
