They do bare some similarity though, I'm not saying the look exactly alike, all I'm saying is that it sort of reminds me of crackdown. Not in terms of Caricatures, just in terms of the bright colors, and cel shading, that's all.

Oh, I beg to differ. Borderlands. Crackdown. Only real difference is that Borderlands graphics are, of course, better since Crackdown is an older game. EDIT: The Borderlands Screenshot I grabbed was an older one, when the style wasn't cartoony. I think they look similar anyways. Just in terms of the way the art is done and such, like, they both have that realistic/cartoony look to them, like, Crackdown looks detailed and realistic and such, but has the cel shading, and bright colors to make it look cartoony. Anyways, all I'm Trying to say is that Borderlands has that Been-Done-Before look to the art style, and that it looks like it might turn out to be a flop, if it turns out to be good, then I might give it a try. To throw my positive thinking out there, I do like the sounds of the weapon customization and such, like how you can make over 500+ different weapons or something like that.

Thats because Psychonauts' art style was crazy and unique, and completely different from Borderlands. To add to that, they're two completely different games made by completely different companies, the art style of this is easily comparable to, lets say, CrackDown, not unique in any way, I liked it the style in CrackDown, but they could have come up with something a bit more crazy and original for Borderlands, the art style is pretty much just brightly colored graphics, and cel shading and such. I mean, look at the case for crackdown: And tell me the style isn't very similar.

I played the demo, and LOVED it. I loved Psychonauts and cannot wait for this one. Also, you forgot to mention that the game world is based off Norse Mythology, except more Metal.

I dunno, I'm kinda questioning whether or not to get it, I liked the realistic style they were originally going with, now it's that stupid cartoony look, and to add to that, you don't get to make a character, you just pick from one of four characters I believe.

I need to buy the comics, I saw that they now have a hardcover omnibus of all the Halo Landfall Comics, and then I would need to buy the Helljumper Comics.

Got some games today! I got this Double Pack that has both Bioshock and Oblivion for $40 CND! Awesome deal! I have already had both before and figured "Fuck it, they were awesome". Played a wee bit of Oblivion, I still had data from my level 42 guy, but decided to make a new guy, since with my 42 I kinda killed off an entire town because I'm not evil enough for some quest daedric statue quest I wanted to do, the best part was that after killing off the entire town I still wasn't evil enough. But whatever. Also, feels weird playing fallout 3, and then going back to oblivion. Anyways, I haven't popped in bioshock yet. I also got Dead Space Extraction, which is amazingly fun, best Rail Shooter I've played so far. What's great about it is that there's actual a story, and character development, and all the makings for a story driven game, where as most rail shooters there is no attention to story, or characters, your given your bad guy, and you go and kill shit, which is fun, but a story makes it even better.

Yeah, when my friend got it, he received about 5 angry messages asking why he bought it. I don't see how it could not be more worth it. Maybe it's because they have to think a bit more in ODST then in Halo 3? XD

It's totally worth it, it has all the map packs, plus three new ones. The campaign is awesome, the characters are cool, and interesting, because we have been following (mostly) the same characters since Halo 1. Firefight is good fun, hell, its totally worth it in my opinion.
We should play some time, Mongoose.
