Saw the last Hobbit movie the other day. The Battle of the Five Armies.
You know those kid movies that contain battle scenes and how they never show the good guys getting killed? One minute they're up and fighting and the next time you see them they're stone cold dead? Get ready for AN HOURS WORTH OF JUST THAT.

And you can't tell which side is which after the dwarves and orc armies start to mix because both sides are wearing dull grey armor.
There are a couple of good scenes: Smaug's attack on Laketown portrays how terrifying an actual dragon attack would be, the White Council fighting the ringwraiths and the final battle are all good scenes.
However the titular battle of the five armies is very boring for the most part and I didn't find it to be very energetic. May be due to the fact I knew what was going to happen.

Also one more thing: If you've seen any of the trailers you've noticed that bit where Saruman says "LEAVE SAURON TO ME!"
There is no Saruman vs Sauron scene in this movie. After Saruman says that line he vanishes from the movie and is never seen again.

It really has gone quiet. Sad

Though tbh I think the time of great net forums is becoming a thing of the past.
People are more used to the fast pace of social media like twitter and face book.

The time of the mighty forums, giants of the internet, is coming to a close. unable to evolve and keep up with these smaller faster sites.
The first of the giants to die to these, new, social networks was the mighty Myspace, a being of great power, wrenching the internet crown from the corpse of older sites that fell to it.
The facebook, with its faster interaction, brought it to its knees.

Sadly I think you're correct.
