Alright so batteries died on my controller and when it did the light on the USB device that syncs with the controller went out.  It didn't do this the last time the batteries died.  After replacing the batteries on the controller it tries to sync with the USB but never does because the USB has somehow turned off.  The problem is I have no idea why it turned off, or how to turn it back on.  I need help!

Maybe your controller broke? I'd try to help, but I don't have a PS3.
