It's already been said that he has a contact to cover up the eye for no undue fussing and I'm pretty sure Megan told them that Charlie was going to get something to cover it up anyway.

Stan: you can compete exactly because yours won't be the same story and the same people can like both for different reasons.
Also about the coloured lenses: I think a bunch of junk would be looted because looking through boxes would take more time than picking them all. They have a pretty big boat, it's not like room was an issue (though if they loot for vehicles and other large stuff it would fill up faster). Lets say they raid a drugstore. That's an excellent target for medicine, hygiene products and other essentials. That's also a source of make up and fake jewels. But picking things off the shelves would be inefficient, it would be faster to pick the boxed stuff in the backstore. Well picking them all could very well be the most efficient way to go, and the people get random luxury items without wasting productive forces on making them.
(Though speaking of productive forces, if most manufactured objects are looted from the wastes, there must be very few industries on the island. Unemployment could be one of their major problems. Or management may like it that way because that will pressure infected kids to join the zombie hunters, and keep the populace worried about something else than hey why don't we have a democracy?)

Also, Jenny, I'm not going to tell you have to make your stuff, but please don't draw Charlie with those Bambi eyes for the rest of the comic. It is hard to follow the mood of the situation when looking at Charlie cracks me up xD |

Fix'd that for ya. Here we all were predicting that there would be an epic fight, Mrs. W would get her skull punched in by Charlie, and the world would be a slightly safer place. Instead Jenny goes all "we can talk it out" on us! Naw, I keed. If someone died, it'd probably get blamed on Charlie, and he'd be executed and...well I digress. Maybe she feels guilty and will go find a Mercy? I dunno, I should probably stop typing now. Question to Jenny, do you ever get ideas for story directions from the forums? It would be a fascinating skit made out, the strategy behind looting for zombie hunters. Or to further frustrate the 'Were teh zombees at?!' people, a simple excersise for looting to demostrate a tight teams entry and exit of yellow zombie territory. And then suddenly....BASILISK'ZERKERZ!
..The look like Charlie clones, only their heads are on fire and they mumble in latin while they stitch your eyes shut with your entrails.
