Ooh, ooh! That letter is Charlie's suicide note, Milo finds it before Charlie can off himself, finds Charlie and talks him down, but somehow accidentally ends up dying himself. Jenny blames Charlie for Milo even being there. Wrongful death ftw!

Wow, that's lots of pictures of just Megan or Charlie and Megan. Sort of stalkerish. Charlie will switch his obsession over to Milo and then eventually he'll have to kill Milo just to show him how much he loves him. Just like he did to Megan.

The letter isn't entirely legible from this angle, but Jenny made sure the signature was. It's a letter from Megan. And on the bottom picture, she was holding up the camera. Doesn't look at all like candid pictures. I suspect no wrongdoing from Charlie, but Megan may have been a little too friendly at a time where Charlie was extremely vulnerable. Maybe SHE abused of him!
So at one point in the near future, he's staring blankly, lost in thoughts, and Milo walks up to him. He reaches to put his hand on his shoulder, and poor traumatised Charlie's brain goes BAD TOUCH BAD TOUCH and he goes berserker before realising what's happening.
