Not really. Haven't heard directly from either of them in forever. Jenny is sporadically active on her Deviant Art and even recently added me on Google+ but no real contact or conversations.
Well buggeration. I have sent SBJ a Facebook friending, but it looks like thats been dead recently as well.

I hope she is ok. It's kind of weird. Well not that weird, but just unusual. Usually there is an explanation.

The explanation is she has given up on this comic. Next month will be one year since any post guys. And she hasn't bothered to post a few lines here to let us know when she will post again at all. Its dead and abandoned. Shame, but that's how it is. So much for buying any merchandise or the entire comic.

I'll stick around at least long enough to throw the last comic a birthday party.

I've followed webcomics before where the author was frequently late. Sometimes they'd take weeks between strips. But in all those cases, the author or one of the author's friends or relations posted on their site and explained the situation. Depression, financial difficulties, going through a move, too hungover from the night before, etc. For example, Order of the Stick had no updates for about two months when its author severely injured his thumb on his drawing hand. Again, there was an explanation.
But we're approaching a year between strips now. And there hasn't been anything posted on Facebook since January. This is getting ridiculous and it's a tremendous disservice to those who are still waiting on their books. I get that depression really screws with one's productivity. I also understand that Jenny needs to concentrate on getting better. But it's just a few lines on Facebook. Just a simple, "sorry guys I'm still not up to it" would suffice.

Precisely!! That is my main objection. You can't come on here and post a few lines as to what is going to happen to this webcomic? Yet, you have been seen posting drawings for another webcomic idea you have, on Deviant Art. What about those people who ordered items from your shop and haven't received them? Is it fair they get no compensation for the long wait time? Are you going to refund their money? At least address that issue. Leaving your devout readers hanging like this is terrible!!!

Easy now, I highly doubt this is some sort of intentional slight, so there's really no reason to take it personally. And if you prepaid for something, you would most likely have better luck getting a response if you sent her an email. If she hasn't been updating, she probably won't see it here either, y'know?
Also, Cthullu (pbhn) wants to know if you have ever considered the quality of life enhancing benefits of decaffinated beverages. There's water, milk, juice... You like juice, right?

Oh I'm not taking it personally. I just think a small update would be nice.

Cthullu (pbhn) says: Don't hate me because I am cosmically good looking. Hate me because I am also way, way, way, way cooler than you.
Elder Evils. Cosmically good looking, and they know it.

Original script for 10-12-2015 <<<< Last post she ever made was 11 months ago people. Let's all take a moment of silence for TZH. It is as dead as dead can be. She abandoned this project, and I highly doubt she will ever come back to it and do anything with it again. It was good while it lasted, I suppose. Think I will start reading this one instead. http://www.endcomic.com/comic/book-one-cover/ Peace out
