So... is he sorry because he's assigning someone to a job that'll piss them off, or is he sorry because he's going to have someone assassinated?
I say the second. He's getting what's her name (the lady scientist that is nice you know?) murdered to frame some of Omar's supporters and put himself in a better position to control the ARC's activities. He hires Sam to set up a bomb because she knows bombs and also won't really mind killing an innocent. But Milo hears her cackle evily and goes see what's going on. He catches whatshername one second before she enters her home, but it's too late, everything goes BOOM!
P.S.: We can change the title of a reply and make it look like a new thread in the "last message" box, ain't it nice??
