I was thinking this was pre-zombie Charlie. Charlie back story. And Charlie broke in for the book. The key just happened to be behind it. Now when Milo comes in he sees it and gets curious about the hidden key. We all know what curiosity does to the cat, and Milo (in ancient Hiplatonese) is cat.

The way things have gone thus far, I could totally see the stress of being a half-life getting to Charlie. And then bad things. There is still that hole in the fence, IIRC, and child zombies can sneak better than adults. Make two Hunters and Charlie snapping would be a potentially smaller problem. Be that as it may, Charlie going into Megan's office? How odd.

Yep! We have them available  We are still hearing from folks whose preorders or regular orders didn't arrive- if you ordered a book and it never got there, drop me a line at my email address, and I'll send a replacement. I've tried to make sure that everyone who has sent me an email got a replacement, but there were something like 200 that may have got lost/damaged/etc. so I'm sure I've missed a few  The joys of discovering that your shipping packages ain't all that, I tell ya... We use better packages, now. Stronger packages. Tougher... they are EENVEENCIBLLLLE. We hope, anyway. |
