It could turn out to be something else, but yes, the setup of this page certainly suggests it's his last sight of Jenny. And with the prior pages, it begins to look as if a certain ARC leader may be setting the rebellious Milo up to be killed, with our pal Jasper in place to cover it up. There are still alternate possibilities on that last point, as the dialogue could also work for a pair who are uncertain over choosing a rebellious subordinate for an important mission. |

But... earlier, much earlier, Jasper hints that Milo's death is somehow connected to Jenny's actions, so I don't think he dies right away.
I think they take him away to have a talk. Which may involve being held by two strong guys and repeatedly kicked in the nuts. But he comes back alive. Then Jenny sees in what states he's in and refuses to believe he just fell in the stairs, so she lunges at the officers, a fight break, Milo wants to intervene and is mortally wounded in the process.
Then he turns and hits on Charlie in crawler-speak, making Jenny forever jealous.

 Yeah no, nobody's getting kicked in the nuts, especially not Milo. Here's my not annoying (no offense) theory, based on Jasper hinting at that whatever page that was, and Jenny's devious face in the last panel of today's page: Jenny follows Milo, which fucks up his mojo, and he dies protecting her. Which wouldn't have happened... if she just stayed in her room and quietly read porno, like a good girl! |

Jasper brings him flowers, buys him dinner, wines and dines him and then pays to put Milo up an apartment in a nice commercial section of ARC with a hefty allowance. Milo can't resist and falls for Jasper. Jenny finds out, is understandably jealous. She figures Charlie is the best path to breaking them up. Charlie misuderstands and eats Milo.
The upside of this scenario is it could take another year of comics for it all to play out.

I like this page, not that I hated every other page of the comic but I like how it came together. It has a good creepy atmosphere to it. I alos don't think that is a bush that bird is landing, I think it is someone's head. I was going to say Milo but I'm sure if The Jenny would kill him off panel, not without explenation at least.
