Soooo.... Did we perhaps loose more than just milo and glenn since I last came out from under my rock? And, If zombie afficianados and/or comic artists turned, would they get bonus hit dice just cause, or would they have to farm frontal lobes along with the rest of us?

OK. Now lets for a moment consider that I meant the artist and not the characters......

Well, Jenny has been dealing with some medical issues. Perhaps they flared up again.

Ok, but how long would a status update take? Prolly as long as the last one. Community is a resource that is built, y'know?

yeah that's what worried I as well. But I didn't come here to complain about not getting an update right away, I came here to speculate wildly about zombies!

I was kinda hoping for the same thing, though in my experience, when the comic's forum isn't any livelier than the comic schedule you've got more than just real life problems.
I mean, if you're building a brand you want to farm loyalty like crops that will feed your family through the winter. Best way to do that is with an invested fan base able to carry water for you when needed. Community is a resource that must be built. But, more importantly, it must be maintained. The Goblins comic is a great example. Thunt went sideways for awhile, and the active forum kept right on supporting the brand until he got back in the game.
That may have existed here once, but now? There's no updates on the site, no real communication with the base and this place is a tomb.... Ungood tidings, if you ask me.

Damn, people. What the hell is the point of coming to a forum if only one person posts? It's kinda like being in a room full of people and being the only one willing to talk to you, y'know?
I was right, this place is a tomb.
(Edited just for you, Outlaw, 'cause your'e special like that.)

Damn people? Really? Are you damning Jenny and her husband for maybe having something more important to do? (Her aforementioned medical concerns) or maybe damning the rest of us for not wishing to indulge in idle speculation? I'm sure the forum will liven right up just to cater to your sunny disposition.

No, actually it was just a missing comma, as in "Damn, people." Y'know, using 'damn' as an exclamatory part of the sentance structure. And, no again, I meant nothing towards Jenny, which is why I made my post about posting on the forum without mentioning Jenny at all. You, however, being little more than the smartest person in this little room (but, only when you're here alone, right?), I'm not at all surprised you were'nt able to see either point (until I got in the room anyways). PS: Cthullu (praised be his name) wants me to tell you he's seen your mom's boobs too and invites you to do your own math from there.

As it says on facebook (thanks again kid for explaining the little f on the main page, your neandrathal uncle appreciates it) Jenny has some issues shes working out.
To Jenny: The most important thing is to remember you are not alone. And I know too well what effects this can have on creativity, too well. Don't worry though, we've got this. You take your time and do it right and Sammy wil be brick-flailing her way back into our hearts soon enough.
Man Truth, gentlemen. Yes, I did just say that because I am somewhat intimidated by the assertive woman with the BRICK-FLAIL and proven history of using it....

You're seriously going to slam my intelligence for not having the psychic wherewithal to know you made a typo? A simple explanation regarding your intent would have been one thing, I've been in the same boat myself where an accidentally left out word or other typo completely changes the tone of a message. But no, you went above and beyond to be as douche like as possible. I appreciate the passion for wanting to reinvigorate the forum but that does not give you free reign to be an ass. Consider this your first warning.

No, again, you are mistaken. I did not slam your intelligence, I simply assumed that you were smart enough to realize that after explaining what I meant, I then responded with the exact same kind of over-reaction that I got from you. That whole treat others as you wish them to treat you thing. I mean, really all you had to do was ask me what I meant by that and I would have responded with the explanation part alone. Now, if that is what constitutes being an ass to you, so be it. Consider this my invitation to unleash The Mighty Banhammer, Thor, I do not remember begging anyone to let me come in here and be the only person who posts. And, yes, you're absolutely right, no one begged me to do so. And, no, I do not expect anyone to kiss my ass any more than anyone should expect me to kiss theirs. And, no, I don't think I'm special, just somewhat amusing unless someone blows me grief I haven't earned. This isn't my first rodeo, either. So how about this, I'm going to go on posting as if none of the above was necessary in the first place, and we can move on as if we were but a couple of ships that scuffed up each other's hulls a bit while sailing the same route, or you can handle it any way you like. You let me know when you make up your mind.

Well, I remember a few years back when the forums were a bit livelier. This must have been 2008 or 2009. There were some RPG sessions in progress and there always seemed to be people on. Then the forums crashed for a prolonged period and everything got wiped. Things weren't the same after that.
I don't think anybody's "damning" Jenny for anything. We just want to see what happens next in the comic.
