I'm sure if I looked through the forum somewhere I'd find an old post where some of us said, "take care of yourself first, everything can come later" (or some variation of that.)  But I'll just say it again.

Good to have you back.

Three things:

One; Welcome back. My mondays are better now.

Two; I love the new style. The shadows and contrast rock. And, of course, Ninja Jenny with the Power Up!

Three; You said you read every post? I am very, very, very sorry about that whole spackle and yak hair incident. If I had known that rennovating a Temple o' Elemental Evil could get that far outta hand I would not have tried to save a few bucks and would have just left it to a professional. Again, I am very sorry, I am sure the smell will eventually fade.

Jenny,

We are so happy you are back. Please don't apologize. You are a person and stuff happens! I love your comic. Keep on going and remember we are all here because of you.

[Second delurk after the first one one year ago...]

Seconding what l33tninja said: Jenny, no need to feel sorry for anything. Bad shit happens to all and it is a relief and a joy to see you getting back on your feet.
People have been sticking around, it simply means they feel it was worth the wait -- you were worth the wait -- whatever comes next.
(I'm more or less paraphrasing my unique post from one year ago here, but I feel it bears repeating)

Missing witty one-liner, guys suggest captions

"Looks like you have something in your eye."

"See what I did there?"

"Go get your shine box!"  (OK, they can't all be winners.)

How bout, "Hold this." or "Flawless victory." or "Did not know who you were fuckin' with." Though to be honest, that last one sounds more like Sammy.

I'm gonna have to admit that I am liking this Jenny a WHOLE lot more than I used to. She's like the Marvel version or something.

Since it has started early for me this year, and because I am a bastard like this, I have decided to share my fool-proof method of avoiding political discussions at family gatherings.

Step 1: Identify the political persuasion of your family member.

Step 2: Look them in the eye. Do not smile.

Step 3: Say, "The only good time to piss on a (insert political persuasion here) is after you've roasted enough marshmallows."

Step 4: Just walk the f@$k away.

Note that this only works if you can keep a straight face.

Ok, let me see if I understand the logic here. We keep the forum going while she's gone and now that she's back....... I feel I am missing something here.

Even before the hiatus the forum activity was a topic of concern for the long time members.  Forum's have slowly been fading away as other methods of social media replace them.  Which to me always seemed like a shame because there's a sense of online community you can't really find outside of a forum.

Also, I really hope Jenny doesn't get taken out by a zombie wearing a pink shirt.

We were commiserating the absence of comics, now we have comics... nothing to commiserate.
and yeah, forums as a whole are pretty much dead sadly.

Some were commiserating, some were showing commitment...... Or why they should be committed. Either way, just because no one else is doing a thing doesn't we shouldn't.

I agree completely, that's as bad as accidentally stepping between an angry Klingon and a mook in a red shirt.
