Just a question, but why does every webcomic write in all-caps?
And why is it so unnoticeable!?  Huh?

It's done for readability. It started with print comics, but still holds true on the web, as well.

YET IT IS FUNNY HOW NO ONE REALLY NOTICES AND THAT IT LOOKS COMPLETELY NORMAL.
BUT AS SOON AS IT IS WRITTEN LIKE THAT BY THE FORUMITES THEN IT LOOKS COMPLETELY RETARDED.

I always found it easier to read letters in lower case though. Considering the words then have their own 'shape'.

Basically it keeps words from running together in a wordbubble and it's easier to read, but not for the reasons you think. In lowercase typefaces you have letters that dip below the baseline like y, j, q, p and that can interfere with the other words underneath. By having your text in all capital letters they are all the same height so you can manipulate the leading and kerning to fit more into the wordbubble without it looking clusterfucked Smiley

At least, that's why I do it xD
ALSO it prevents the whole grammar issues or forgetting to put capitals in, it's just one less thing you need to worry about haha.

You just need to be careful which font you use when you use words like FLICK and names like CLINT.

Well the head can still twitch, even though it is dead.
15 minutes alive seem a bit too much to be possible.

I'm just throwing out a guess and saying maybe one of King Henry the VIII wives? He was pretty famous for beheading his wives. Also I know the Simpson's made a joke of it too on one of the episodes.

Ah, but according to "The Q.I. Book of General Ignorance" he only had two wives. An annulment means that the marriage never happened. Perhaps it was Mary Queen of Scots? Her last words were "Sweet Jesus!" after the second blow of the axe...

It's been recorded that disembodied heads have been "alive" for up to thirty seconds, but no more than that. An anatomist claimed that heads react to stimuli, with one turning it's eyes towards him 15 minutes after decapitation, so that might be the 15 minute thing Stan was talking about.
