OMG Charlier has uber puppy dawg eyes  I wanna give him a cookie or a holy candle...something! There's some incredible emotion behind the way Katie is escorted away my Mau and Sammie. It's really contrasting in their brash outcast/zombie hunter-isk ( they like to kill dead ppl) Poor kid, it's tough being the adult amongst a world of overgrown brats. I'm too lazy to look for the comic at the moment, but I'm fairly sure I remember it being mentioned that he's wearing a contact to make his eye looks normal while in public, since most of the people on ARC don't know about half-lifes...IIRC |

But not EVERYONE has been inside abandoned buildings or knows about urban decay.
This is the exact reason why most authors write with an "intended" audience in mind and at the same time try to balance accessibility to everyone else. I think you should hirer a few staff artists and have 3 or 4 parallel story lines going on. With you staying as the writer and art director to keep the creative integrity. Setup a little studio, lease out the publishing rights to a few places like movies, tv, video games. THZ can be the franshise of the 20'teens' like Star Wars was for the 80's. And I really want to see a THZ Christmas special on par with the "Wookie Family Christmas" from 1978 or 79. |

Where do they get contact lenses from? Colored ones that is.
Do they get salvaged for the same purposes as toys?
Colored contact lenses wouldn't exactly be high on my looting priority list.

ARC would to cover up their secret pet projects, there's not a whole lot of half-lifes around, so they just needed to find a few, not a massive quantity. |
