I don't think I've ever seen any rank insignia on the Red Halos (just went back an looked through some panels and couldn't spot any).
Maybe they use girth to designate rank?
*edit* ok I see some in the rescue panels, but other times Jasper has none. My bad *edit*

That was my theory, but I must have phrased it poorly because people seemed to take it as "money is unfeasible". :c Wasteland money too easy to smuggle in ==> print own money. Also after too many people figure out how to counterfeit the ARC currency, they use rare blood types as currency. Zombie Hunters need transfusions often after workplace injuries, you see. And Milo is a convenient O-, so the poorer ARC citizens corner him and steal his blood and that's how he dies. (that would be a question: how do the poorer ARC citizens live? Do they end up in a kind of organised slavery, is there welfare for the ones who have some disability or young children, or are they left on their own to catch and spread tuberculosis among the population? How about the old?) |
