Higurashi no noku koro ni is an excellent horror anime.
Skullman if you want a decent, short, supernatural mystery anime.
Gantz if you want to walk screaming away from your computer. It's a fucking waste of time.

It's not bad. The original series is great entertainment just due to the cheezy factor. Priss is random swearing girl which makes her awesome. The newer one I haven't seen.

Lucky Star is awesomely funny. I recommend the OVA, too.
Just found City Hunter. It was recommended to me a long time ago and is supposed to be one of the anime royalties. Supposedly worth a watch. Keep in mind that it's pretty old, though.

Axis Powers Hetalia is hilarious. Each episode is only 5 minutes long but they're funny as hell. A lot of them are up on YouTube if you wanna check them out.

Or you can read it C: It's just about a bunch of personified countries. The anime got cancelled cause Korea found it personally offensive, even though they hadn't even had their country appeared yet. ((Even though every persona is very stereotypical :C ))
