yut, you should try Death Note. Watch the anime, and then the Live action movies...they did an amazing job!
I've tried death note, eh, I couldn't get into it. Oh, I also loved Full Metal Panic Fumoffu, that one was entertaining. |

The thing with anime is that there's so god damn much of it, it's pretty much impossible to find something you don't like. Those of you who like Black Lagoon should check out Baccano. I haven't seen all of it, but it's very promising. The premise? Mafia war in New York, with some truly memorable and just plain cool characters. (Do mind that I love Black Lagoon and would not place it, like and recommended in the same sentence unless I really mean it.) And the nudity in Elfen Lied isn't artistic, it's fan dis-service  (And yes, I love that show, too.) And one final one for you action freaks: Darker Than Black, also an excellent one. |

Pumpkin Scissors was great in the anime, but I haven't read the manga. And if you want to go old-school, check out the original "Mobile Suit Gundam".

The wonders that they worked with such whimsical pieces as Yu-Gi-Oh, B-bbakugan......

Actually I really liked the idea behind Yu-Gi-Oh. I think if there was ever a card game like that that actually brought out huge 3D monsters, I would totally play.

The Manga is way completely different from the lame tv show.
In the Manga Yugi goes around giving criminals Ironic Punishments. Not playing cards.
I never could stand the show. Its like the global economy was based around playing those cards in the show.

It would be like Mad Max, our heroes riding through a barren wasteland, pursued by be-mohawked biker gangs and his greatest foes, all in search of precious cards.

Full metal alchemist is one of my favourites, loved the origonal series, the movie was okayish sort of. And im loving the new reimagined series. Also because im badass. 24 subbed episodes of this Pumpkin Scissors thing. Excel Saga is one of the funniest shows I've ever seen. So, yes.
Also, look for the dub of Ghost Stories...it's full of horribly offensive humor, and I friggin' love it.
