Wrapped up Shinryaku! Ika Musume earlier today, and I admit I'll miss it. Even the annoyingly catchy OP.

I finished rewatching Trigun Saturday, then spent Sunday with an epic day long marathon of drinking hard liquor, beer and watching Seasons 1 and 2 of Black Lagoon . I need to get my hands on another copy of disc 3, season 1. The last two episodes skip horribly... This series is cursed for me, I already had to replace season 1 disc 1 because it broke when I was removing it from the friggin' collector tin box.

Mainly Shakugan no Shana with Rie Kugimiya as her usual role and Samurai 7, with Hetalia World Series if I need a quick fix. Edit: Watched an OVA (Voices of a Distant Star), a few movies and currently Maison Ikkoku. Easily one of the best in the Romantic/Comedy genre hybrid and love triangle genre.

I don't have anything to watch. I might re-watch Baka to Test or Spice and Wolf... or both...

You need to watch something badass; and Afro Samurai would get that fix for ya. Nothing but style, badassery, violence, blood and style. But re-watching those two is hard to argue against.

Yakitake!! Japan, where bread making is as serious as children's trading card games. And I would be lying if I said I didn't enjoy the first episode. I am a bit of a sucker for cheese, ham and sheer stupidity in comedies.

I am watching mother fucking, Fooly Cooly (aka FLQL) which is like the most fucking random and awesome anime ever! Except it's only six episodes...

It made so little sense but was pretty good, in it's messed up way. Still remember reading the manga a few times, which didn't make more sense with each additional read.
Finished Samurai 7 a few hours ago and caught up with Kore wa Zombie Desu ka?, which leaves me with the camp Star Driver (One more episode or two until I'm caught up), the bonkers Excel Saga, the oh-so-charming Maison Ikkoku and the incredibly generic yet oddly enjoyable (In a generic way) Infinite Stratos.
So generic.

Nice HK.
First five minutes into Kore wa Zombie Desu Ka has me laughing my ass off.
After this I think I'm going to watch Gurren Lagan. (I think I spelt it right...)

I love how it's a parody of a buffet of genres. And it had me laughing to the point of tears a few times. Gurren Lagann, and to be fair, I spelled it wrong as well when I first typed it out. And when I retyped it. Edit: Have to mention episode 19 of Star Driver:
After the suggested rape of the end of episode 18, this one had more camp, a bit more cheese and some gangsta shit with Wako pulling out a shank on some bitch. Technically a bitch.
Edit II: Oooooooh yeeeeeeeaaaah! FUCK YEAH MUTHAFUCKA! *Ahem* Seacond season of Ika Musume gets the green light.

I have friends who aren't really familiar with anime, so I'm taking them through what I've seen. We finished Fullmetal Alchemist Brotherhood about a week ago, and started Blood+ a few days ago.

You have to get them to watch Toradora!, one of the best rom/com out there.
And been blazing through Ladies vs Butlers, with it's bewbs and bouncing and butt cheeks and "huh huh... bewbs...", it's pretty fun in it's stupid, perverted way. But only if you take off your thinking cap and put a dunce one on. Using your noggin would ruin the fun.
