The first time I went to get a immunization at school for some disease, I felt like I was walking up to the firing line to be executed by some sort of insurrectionist group...
What made me think of that? I was just watching a thing about Operation Valkyrie on TV, and it showed the Spy being executed by a firing squad, the other PoWs standing in line against the wall next to the dead spy, just waiting, and watching for their time to go.
When I went to get an immunization in grade 6 I believe it was, we were lined up against a wall, we all watched as one person went in to get immunized, our hearts pounding, waiting for our turn.
It's a funny thought.
