Damn, that's gonna suck.. On another note, it turns out that some band has already copyrighted my current band's name. I was kind of expecting it, since it's such a simple word, but we'd been practicing under that name for so long and now we have to get the hassle of finding a new name. Should probably get a myspace page or something up once we do. |

You know now that you brought that up, I see your point. Plus I did a tiny bit of research and found that you can't really copyright band names, just trademark them, and they haven't. Thanks! |

Lotus, we were originally Death Metal but that proved way too hard to compose (plus the only two people who listened to a lot of death metal were the singer and bassist, myself and the other guitarist were into more melodic stuff), so now we are whatever genre of Metal we write up. Most of it is Thrash, so yeah.
