The second and third books are called Sons of Thunder and Odin's Wolves respectively. Triple the badassery and also on hold.
Guess what my mum just gave me?

I would have been half right, and the first book is pretty rocking so far. Neglecting my other tomb of a novel for this Viking saga.

So I finished The Reality Dysfunction, I'm now reading the second in the trilogy, The Neutronium Alchemist. For anyone who loves space operas, I'd highly recommend this trilogy. It's a big read (6000 pages or so, between the three) but it's very very good.

Book three of the Raven series... damn. Anybody can die. I mean, Bram Bear and Svein the Red? I thought they were immortal. Threw plenty of curve balls in it's run. All in all, amazing stuff and another great rec by Cheez.

Been reading Tom Clancy's Splinter Cell: Checkmate. Its okay so far, though the inaccuracies to weapons and such is kinda annoying seeing as how its a Tom Clancy series, at one point it says Sam's assault rifle fires "NATO 5.56mm Bullpup Rounds", bullpup isn't a type of round, its a configuration of rifle. At another point, Fisher thumbs the safety on is 9mm pistol to a "DART" setting. So can his gun magically fire darts or something now? He never actually shot it though. Alright book for the most part though, so far.

I'm reading The Maltese Falcon, and afterwards, I have the entire Song of Fire and Ice series to re-read before the next one comes out in July.

Northlanders and Fables: Rose Red, gotta love Vertigo. Restarted Elfen Lied yesterday and on volume 4, where those little fucks kill the doggy. Best part so far: where she murders the bastards. Every time I read that part, I cheer her on.
