So, I dunno if audio books count, but I've started listening to A Game of Thrones. I'm only to chapter 10, but so far I don't care much for his writing style, it seems entirely too descriptive in places where it adds nothing to either the plot, character development, nor does it "set the mood" just senseless filler. Also, the narrator talks too quickly and has a really thick british accent; I miss at least one word out of every sentence.

I have the inexplicable ability to find and purchase books ANYWHERE I go. After ducking into a dollar store due to a potty emergency I ended up buying a book (I feel weird about using the bathroom and not buying something) called Drawing a blank. Weird book. Most chapters were short (like two or three pages on average with some just being a paragraph) and it was illustrated (badly) throughout with goofy two page comics but it made me laugh and was worth a dollar.

Legionary: The Roman Soldier's (Unofficial) Manual. It's quite interesting, explaining what life was like for the Roman soldier.

Restarted Toradora and it's Toradora Which means it's perfect. And Ai Kora (Love Collage), which is as good as the first time I started it.

A lot of Alastair Reynolds. Started off with "Revelation Space" and worked my way through "Chasm City", "Redemption Ark" and just finished "Absolution Gap". That there is some serious hardcore Space Opera. and Sky Haussman is a complete and utter bastard of the highest order.

A Loyalty Lost, Book 2 of Michael Stackpole's Crown Colonies. Fictionalized America pre-revolution days. Magic is in the world and the colonies are getting restless. If you haven't read any of his fantasy stuff it tends to be a nice mix of political/military/social with classic fantasy heroes and action.
