I'm reading Neuromancer FINALLY because I got a copy for $0.75 at Goodwill and it is amazing! I'm also re-reading the entire Wheel of Time series since the last book finally came out. I'm halfway done with Book Seven now.
As much good I have heard from it (hey, it's on of the founding book of freaking Cyberpunk Smiley), I couldn't really get into it and dropped after a few chapters to start it later, which I sadly never did (for now !). I find it a difficult read (strange to say), and I think that translation has especially made it way worse than it was (read the first chapter in French, then in English, way better in English). I hesitate whether muster the courage to read it in French or acquire an English copy.

1984 by Eric Arthur Blai- I mean George Orwell

Its a book that demands a size 72 introduction.

Finished Peer Gynt. Some great moments, but too caricatural in my taste.

I've been reading Devil May Care by Sebastian Faulks. It's the book that Bond 24 is going to be based on. I'm halfway through it and it's really fucking good

Also Cloud Atlas. I watched the movie, put me in a rut, and it's given me inspiration to write.

I'm readying a book called Mama Day by Gloria Naylor that my friend recommended. It's about some old voodoo priestess-type lady or something. So far it is quite interesting.

Badass by Ben Thompson, author/creator of the website Badass. The best way to learn history.

Finished Devil May Care a long time ago, fucking loved it. I cannot wait to see it become the next Bond film.

I'm currently reading In the Heart of the Sea: The Tragedy of the Whaleship Essex.
It's a book that is told through the journal of the 14 year old cabin boy and this spawned the book Moby Dick [Herman Melville was one of the passengers] Pretty interesting so far.

Also slogging through Cloud Atlas and I've been reading on and off Layer Cake because I love that movie. It's hard getting through that hackney[??] accent that Connolly writes with.

Scalped, just finished volume 8 and it was so worth the wait. One of the best graphic novel series out there.

You filthy bastard, it hasn't been released in English yet. I loved the first book to death, and really want the next one to come out soon.

There's only one chapter of it available in English online. It's in basically every language out there, except it has yet to come out in English.

I started reading The Dresden Files last week and am on book 5 already! This series is so amazing and it really makes me want to play a World of Darkness campaign but alas the only thing my friends who still live here will GM is Pathfinder.
