Mad props to BB for telling me about Kimi ni Todoke. Just finished the first chapter and nearly shed a few tears. So loving this manga. Will have to check out a few volumes from the library so I can read it in class.

I've been reading The Soviet Union, a biographical dictionary, edited by Archie Brown. Interesting stuff really.

I started reading ...And The Policeman Smiled by Barry Turner. It's about how 10,000 Jewish kids emigrated to Britain in the lead up to WWII. My dad tells me my grandfather was one of them, but I've yet to come across his name.

I got the book "Horus Rising" today, it's the first book in the tale of the Horus Heresy. It's a Warhammer 40,000 Book. I've never played Warhammer (Aside from a bit of the Warhammer MMO Beta), or read anything about it, but I've always found it interesting, so I saw this book and though I'd give it a read. I haven't actually started it yet, but it sounds really good.

Currently reading Comanche Moon by Larry McMurtry, part two of the Lonesome Dove saga. It's a pretty good western book, definitely glad I picked it up.
