Why is everyone playing as Mordecai!?
I've wanted to play as him since before I even knew he was the sniper...

So have I. XD Let's call upon the conversation I had with a friend about Francis in L4D:
Friend: "Yeah, both of you guys like playing Francis."
Me: "Yeah, and every time we play with her I always get stuck with Louis."
Friend: *Laughing*
Me: "Seriously! I've wanted Francis since I first saw him with the big beard!"
Friend: *Stares at me*
Me: "...........You know what I meant, goddammit."
Friend: "I'm sure I do, Jay. I'm sure I do."
Me: *Huff*
So replace "Francis" with "Mordecai", remove "the big beard", and get rid of the homosexual undertones and that's the case here. XD
Yeah, but Left 4 Dead isn't an RPG, it's a first person shooter, this is a First Person RPG, I want at least some sort of customization for my character, so that my chosen character can be my character, not just some pre-made character everybody will have.
It's not a major problem with me, I would just expect some level of customization in a game where you can make "87 Bazillion" weapons.
Also, question, how does the Weapon Customization work? Can you put different attachments and accessories on them?
Yeah, agreed. RPGs need customizable characters. Then again, that type of thing has only been around in recent years. You never had stuff like that back in the old days (outside of Pen and Paper stuff). J-RPGs have premade characters too.
As for weapons, I don't think there's customization. But there's so many weapons I don't think it'll matter too much. Though, since it's random, the chances you'll get the
exact weapon you want won't be huge.
