It's very stable and works very well but takes some effort to configure when you first install it. Sort of like the article describes. |

That shiney thing is to make the muscle definition more apparent and suck extra points out of the judges in competitions. If I was a judge in these, though, looking like a douche would cost points, maybe that'd help reduce the amount of ridicule.
