Halo 3 help

In preparation for tomorows gaming with jetraymongoose and a bunch o the other forumites, I have downloaded the mythic and legendary map packs. unfortunately I still cant access a good half of the game variants because it says I dont have the required maps. I own Halo 3 and downloaded map packs, is there something else I am missing?? this is especially distressing as infection matches are double exp this weekend...I dont care so much about the exp I just really want to play infection and could pretty much guarantee a game...if I can figure out why I cant play

You need ODST because it has 3 new maps, and every single other DLC map. At least, I would think so anyways.

Hrrmmm...Don't think that's the case. I dunno what the problem would be though. Weird.

Yut is right. For just about a good half or so of halo 3 online you need the bonus ODST disc, thats why you can't play it.
