Mass Effect 3 is finally starting to open up a bit. Conversations are still a bit more railroad than I'd prefer, though.

So I pretty much start off at level 30 with 4 skill points in each of the returning skills. I'm okay with this I suppose. Was it like that for anybody else?

That's how it was for me, it matched my skills from ME2 exactly.
Also, I finally started enjoying the game again when I learned that it fucked up my save import. I've been playing for a few hours when suddenly I come across a bit of info that says that Gabby died. No. My crew was all alive. What the fuck?
I'm pretty pissed off. Bioware apparently really dropped the fucking ball on this one, people's saves all over are fucked up. This is bullshit. I want to start over so it can get my fucking save right, but I don't even know if that will work, and I don't feel like playing through all that again just so I can find out that the import fucked up again.

So far I've seen nothing that makes me regret my decision to put off buying ME3 until it drops in price and all the DLC for it has gone on sale.

I've seen a bunch of reviews, and they're all glowing, and they just make me say "... The reviewers played the other games, right?"
And again, I'm starting to enjoy the game. I had to start over, but eh. Once you finish a few missions, the game opens back up and gives you hubs to explore.

Demonspawn/Fighter, I was all "Awww yeah bitches, time to fuck shit up before I die" but the game was all "Trolololololol" and gave me Thin Skeletal Structure and Nightstalker.

HK should get his mitts on a 360 and a copy of Dark Souls.
They brought dungeon Crawlers into the mainstream, man.

I'm an Atlus fanboy so it'd be Demon's Souls before Dark Souls And got my mainstream Dungeon Crawlers as Shin Megami Tensei, although I would need a break after finishing Strange Journey before I start P4. Heheh, and a PSP before a 360, just to have P3 on the go. No matter how many PC games I have on my backlog, Stone Soup seems to sneak up and shank them into crippled comatose caricatures of... past selves.

And you would want it for the PS3 anyway. And I think you would like Demon's Souls a lot more than Dark Souls, as Demon's souls is a lot harder. Dark souls will still fuck you over, though.

And it's the fair kind of difficulty, which makes it even more appealing. If Dark Souls was made by Atlus, they wouldn't tone down the difficulty; they would nerf the good stuff and make it more balls tough. Or take it out altogether if it's deliciously broken.
Etrian Odyssey and the whole Immunize/Defender + Relaxing God combo of Godly Gods of Godhood

*Takes a bow*
Fun game so far though. Only issues I have so far are some of the side missions being a bit vague.

Yeah. It's opened up a lot. The game seems to take the more important conversations out of your hands, but there are a few on the side that are better.

A lot of them, they tell you what they want, but not how you would go about getting it. Kinda annoying.
